Downtown CDA Studio Apartment. Walk to almost everything!

Awesome place.

The pictures doesn’t portray how small and the unit is. Also didn’t know the owns dog would be onsite and barking non-stop, all while music tried to cover it up. Ended up leaving the unit due to allergies and the dog barking non-stop.

Great place for just the two of us. Was able to park steps away in the driveway or front of house. Kitchen has what you need if going to eat in, although we went out. So many great place in the town to try. We meet the hosts on arrival, very friendly and help us settle in, then never saw them after that. Enjoyed some drinks on patio. A lovely place.

This studio was perfect for a relaxing stay in CDA. It was comfortable and had everything I needed in addition to having off street parking. It was close to the dining and shopping in downtown and the location also made it easy to hop on the interstate if I wanted to explore farther out. There are restaurants within a couple of blocks that offer great options for breakfast and dinner. The host was friendly and accommodating. If I was ever back in the area I surely would choose to stay gain.

This studio apartment has everything we needed. Beautiful decor, very comfortable, and conveniently located. The hostess was responsive and terrific!

I can't say enough of this wonderful stay thank you to Jan and her husband for their hospitality. What an adorable place… Amenities decor, and a great bed for an exhausted destination wedding planner from Wyoming. I definitely will book it if it's available again…

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were amazing and very kind! The studio is in a perfect location and a short walk/bike ride to downtown. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

What a wonderful find--we'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Charming, comfortable and functional space with nice amenities. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood with many dining options within easy walking distance. Nearby coffee kiosk for the morning and gas stations to fill up the car before getting on the freeway which is nit far, but far enough you don't hear it. Bed is comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows. So happy with our stay!

You can easily walk downtown and to the lake from here. A private entrance and off street parking. Very comfortable.

My second stay there and I already can’t wait to go back. It’s everything I need when I travel for my clinicals. It is in such great proximity to all the shops Coeur d’Alene has to offer, in walking distance of stores and little restaurants. I always get nervous traveling alone but I felt very safe in my space, the Hosts are very responsive and kind. I hope I get placed there again so I can return.

This place was perfect. Nice size for 1-2 people. Hostess was fabulous. Nice location. Easy to find.

Our stay was very nice. It is VERY close to everything and quite comfortable for the two of us. Checkin was easy and they thought of all the little extras you might need! I would recommend it and stay here again if back in Coeur D Alene

Lovely vacay and the property owners did not disappoint

This was our first trip to CDA and this studio was perfection! The perfect size for two people and it had all the amenities that we needed. The studio was also decorated super cute! Location was great, we walked to restaurants and a coffee shop on Sherman during our stay, and to the lake. We would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to come back to CDA, we loved it!

Clean basement apartment with nice full kitchen. Great access to downtown and ice cream on the corner.

Over all this is a cute and cozy little place to stay. It is close to downtown and you can walk to most things. It ia easy to get to and the owner has almost everything you need if you forget something. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay. This was a great location for my family and me Location was amazing, very walkable to downtown, and lots of fun activities. The studio was clean and the hosts were super friendly and accommodating.

We loved visiting CDA. My husband spent time there 27 years ago and this was his first time going back. The area is magical and this studio was perfect for the two of us.

I really loved that there was extra bedding! Along with extra toiletries if we needed. It felt like our home away from home.

This property is in downtown Couer d'Alene and within walking distance of many things and short drives to everything else. It's a cute little apartment with many amenities.

Our stay at the suite in CDA was really nice! The suite was clean and the location was great! Close to everything! A real home away from home!

Stayed for 2 days, nice little studio. Owners super nice and friendly. Only 1/2 mile from the main strip of downtown, walkable or drivable. Will have to duck a little in the studio under certain areas if you are 5’11 or taller. But only walking into kitchen or bed space. I typically hate beds that are not mine but this bed was glorious!

We were met by the host and had no problem attaining access to the property. The property itself was lovely and we will be going there again.

Cute place. Perfect for what we needed. Bonus was washer & dryer so you go home with clean clothes! Close to everything including great Rogers ice cream.

A very comfortable place. Kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom is opposite the bedroom, but it's a cozy place, so no problem .

Hosts were great, unit was cute and the temp in the unit was nice and cool even with 100 degree weather outside! Perfect for a stay in CDA. Will be back if we stay in CDA again!

We were so charmed by this wonderful property that has amazing features so you feel at home — large light filled windows, a wonderful seating area and a roomy kitchen. We were very comfortable! Parking was very easy and the location is also fantastic.
