    We absolutely loved being located right in the heart of Carlsbad Village! The apartment was clean and inviting. Ten minute walk to the beach and to any of the fabulous restaurants in the Village. Teri was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed plus lots of recommendations based on a long family history of living in Carlsbad Village! We are looking forward to staying there again soon!

    Truly is the “Heart of Carlsbad”. Part of this home’s charm is it’s located Two blocks from Great Restaurant’s, Boutique’s, Live Music and every Wednesday a “Framer’s market”. You can walk or drive to the beach, it’s about 5 block’s. I enjoyed my early morning walks along the water. Carlsbad is a small community, so walking is the easiest way to get around. And Carlsbad’s weather makes it very enjoyable. A couple blocks from the house is the train station. You can Take a train to “Old Town, Downtown San Diego or Del Mar to see the horse races. Plenty of adventures are near by. Our host Teri, was very welcoming, and accommodating. Teri left us a beautiful welcoming gift. She is Easy to reach and responds right away. Great place to stay!Really enjoyed our time!

    Our family had a fantastic experience in this Carlsbad apartment/house. The spaces and beds were homey and perfect for my family and we especially loved the awesome and roomy patio! The location of this rental cannot be beat if you want to be in the literal center of Carlsbad village. The ocean was a short walk away and we loved being able to walk to all restaurants and shops in the area. Our host was amazing and responsive and you can tell they truly care for their home and for their renters. We would absolutely stay here again!

    We would give every one of these rating categories a higher number if we could ...as we had a wonderful, simple and upbeat experience at the 645 Grand Avenue apartment. Its' location just a block from State Street with it's Farmer's Market each Wednesday and minimal steps to the 100+ shops and 50+ restaurants of the Village was an unexpected bonus. We immediately loved the short walk to the City Beach at night, morning, sunset and all day. Great sand, great surf for kids to play, great everything. There was a calm, tranquil feeling in this cottage that probably stems from 80+ years of one family's ownership and care ...and we didn't want or need something that wasn't already provided. The privacy was exceptional right in the Heart of the Village. When we had sporadic difficulty with the web internet connection for our streaming or conferencing needs, the manager and owners were quick to respond with appropriate resolution. We hope to stay here again as each member of our large family enjoyed this month's experience! Bill & Beth

    We stayed here for two months and enjoyed every bit of it. While the house had a couple small cleanliness issues, it is an incredibly reasonable price for what you get, and the location can't be beat. The beds are comfortable and the neighbors are very friendly. You have a whole outdoor patio in the back with plenty of space, and two reserved parking spots (though overnight parking in the public lot outside is an easy option). Internet speeds are a little slow, and video chats were difficult to do for work from home, but there are modems all over the house so if you plug into a wired ethernet connection you'll have no issues. Would have stayed longer if we could, Carlsbad Village is awesome!

    My family of 5 stayed here during a renovation of our home. This rental is surprisingly larger than it appears outside. Location worked well for us also. Price was great. Neighbors are friendly. All in all, a pleasant stay, though we are looking forward to going home.

    I almost hate to write his review for fear of his little secret becoming too busy.... BUT I will! We have been coming here for over 3 years every summer with our kids and love it. This location can't be any better. We walk to the beach daily as well as our favorite local places to eat. Always clean and always comfortable! Our kids are now married and still want to continue coming here!

    This property served our purpose perfectly! The location is ideal right in the middle of the Village. Plenty of space for us and our guests. We will definitely stay there again!

    We loved the place! Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We had promised our grandchildren a visit to Legoland which is about 10 minutes away from the rental. Perfect accommodations for 4 adults and two children. Village location was fantastic with Pub across the street, beach within walking distance, numerous restaurants nearby and very close to I-5. Patio area was icing on the cake!

    We loved this place! There were four adults and three children in our group and there was plenty of room and privacy. The neighbors were friendly and the owner was very helpful. Everything needed was within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!
