Furnished 2BR/1BA in the heart of downtown Beverly, for 30+ night stays. Private parking, dedicated workspace, 250 Mbps Wi-Fi, and a stocked kitchen. Steps to Cabot Street's cafes and breweries, a short walk to the commuter rail into Boston, and minutes from Beverly Hospital and the Cummings Center corporate campus. Vibrant, artist-curated decor throughout a 1st floor apartment in a historic Victorian home. Ideal for relocating professionals, project teams, and anyone who wants a real home. <br>
The Space
You pull into your own private parking spot, no circling the block after a long drive or a longer flight. Inside, the apartment opens into vibrant, artist-curated decor: bold color, real artwork, and a monkey lampshade lamp guests still mention years later. It doesn't feel like corporate housing. It feels like somewhere you'd actually choose to live. That's by design. This listing sits on the first floor of a historic Victorian home directly beside Montserrat College of Art, in the middle of a downtown that mixes small-town warmth with genuine walkability: coffee shops, breweries, a historic theater, and the commuter rail all within a few minutes on foot. For a stay of 30 nights or longer, that matters. You're not marooned in a business park. You're living in a neighborhood.

Perfect For
Relocating professionals settling into a new North Shore role before finding permanent housing, who want a real dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi from day one
Small project teams or traveling colleagues who'd rather share one furnished apartment than book two hotel rooms
Anyone commuting into Boston who wants train access to North Station without paying Boston rent
Families in a season of transition who need dependable, fully equipped space for 30-plus days without living out of a suitcase

☆☆ BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS ☆☆

Two real bedrooms, each with its own character, set at opposite ends of the apartment for genuine privacy during a long stay. The first bedroom sits just off the living room with a queen memory foam bed and a walk-in closet, ready for a month of actual unpacking. The second is a cozy, cottage-like retreat toward the back of the apartment with a double memory foam bed.

The single bathroom sits between the living room and kitchen, bright and updated, with a tub and shower combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

A fully stocked eat-in kitchen means you cook real meals, not takeout on paper plates, from night one. Granite counters, a dedicated coffee bar with a Keurig and complimentary coffee, and a retro-style fridge that guests photograph as often as the artwork. Everything you need to cook, host, and settle in is already here.

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆

The living room is where the apartment earns its keep for a working stay. A dedicated workspace and fast 250 Mbps Wi-Fi mean video calls and deadlines happen without a coffee shop commute. A 50-inch smart TV with Roku covers the downtime. Vibrant, artistic decor throughout keeps the space feeling like a home rather than a temporary landing pad, even at week eight.

Guest access
You'll have full access to the entire apartment, including the private driveway parking spot. Laundry is available in the building's basement (coin-operated). Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel; respectful treatment of the space is appreciated.

Other things to note
This is a first-floor apartment in a multi-family historic home; you may occasionally hear movement from upstairs neighbors.
Coin-op washer/dryer located in the basement, not in-unit.
The building entrance has exterior stairs
Exterior security cameras are present at the front entrance of the building only.
Minimum stay: 30 nights. This listing is intended for extended, mid-term stays only.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Cheerful decor, well-equipped kitchen, and clean. Good location in walking distance to restaurants. However, there was a musty smell throughout the building and rooms.

Windows only haxe cheap plastic blinds as covering, so it was quite upsetting when we checked in and as I lowered the blinds for privacy (there are no curtains) the large window at the foot of the bed collapsed onto the floor! That left us to be open to be viewed in bef by neighbors. I immediately notified manager and they replaced the blind the next morning. The nexr 4 days were filled with construction noise from the neighbors right outside that same bedroom window starting as early as 6:45 am. Thankfully they finished on the 5 day and then we had the sound of kids constantly running across the ceiling/ floor of the unit above for hours and hours 😪😱 I guess we should gave stayed in a cheap hotel

Super cute little place right off Cabot St - central to everything. Funky bo-ho vibe with fun art and vintage fridge. This is a historic house so be ready for the funky layout that comes from a Victorian house being turned into apartments - it felt just like home to us coming from San Francisco. Communication with property manager was fast and easy.

Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. This issue should be included in the description of the property. I owned a short term rental in Beverly for several years and allowed the renters to control the heat and AC. You have to when its 30 degrees outside. Our stay was not restful when you are awoken every few hours to put on another layer to stay warm. In fact, last night we left the unit to go to a warm bar before coming back for bed.

Unfortunately, we had a bad stay at what we thought would be an adorable apartment in Beverly! The communication with Rachel (property manager) was excellent but the apartment itself was very run down behind the facade of paint and cute furnishings. The major problem was the awful smell (like rotting trash) to the rear of the apartment and damp - especially in the 2nd bedroom. My son has asthma so after a rough first night, he had to sleep on the sofa. The air conditioner in our room had mould spores and an exposed pipe with damp coming through from the apartment above. The apartment is in a great location near shops/restaurants but we would not advise staying there if you have any issues with damp/mould. We had to look for alternative accomodation for the remaining 2 nights which meant it was a total scramble on the day of a family wedding. We were reimbursed for the 2 nights we didn't stay but nothing was done for the inconvenience of having to move and also our son having to sleep on the sofa.

So comfortable, clean, and cozy. Remarkably central location and really thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. We traveled with our toddler and it was super friendly space for our family. We will be back again!

My friend and I shared a girls trip to see nearby sites. Staying in Beverly was perfect as there were things to do within walking distance and it was a very safe area. The rental was beautifully decorated -- we especially liked the cute fridge and art. The beds were comfy and all linens/towels were great. The rental was as described, minus a few things (no salt/pepper or plastic wrap). A quick trip to the store solved that. Please note the washer and dryer are in the basement and take quarters. We'd definitely stay there again.

The apartment was lovely and clean. However, the parking area was covered with snow and ice, it was dangerous to maneuver. It snowed two days before my visit, there was a mound of snow from the city plow that I had to drive over to get to the area. It snowed and had a freezing rain storm while I was there. Again, the parking area was not cleared. It ‘s unfortunate that the homeowner isn’t more responsible.

Fun decor, clean & easy to check/in. We loved the location! It was perfectly nestled between Salem and Gloucester ( our two places to visit) and walkable to the train station. Easy/assigned parking was a plus! Would absolutely book again if in the area . Quiet/residental but plenty in town
