We enjoyed the stay.

This property is so nice! The decor is really cool, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the downtown district is steps away. I will definitely be staying here again.

I would definitely rent this again. We could walk to downtown activities and then come back to a very nice apartment so it was everything we could ask for. Everything was supplied for us so didn't have to bring anything which was very convenient. Beds were comfortable and the decorations were excellent.

This unit is located in a very quiet, comfortable neighborhood. Parking and street entry are good. Host supply a vast supply of bath products and towels ect. Beds are comfortable and clean. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the area. This is a true little hidden gem.

What a quaint little apartment! Perfectly suitable for a short or long stay. Just Precious! I would love to stay here again and again. You can walk to all the fun but it was quiet and safe at the same time!

Location was great. Walking distance to downtown. Only down part is there only one TV. A tv in the master bedroom would be nice

Due to flight delays we had a very late arrival. I let the host know we would be arriving late, and it was so nice when we arrived to find the porch and interior lights on and welcoming! Loved being in the neighborhood and short walking distance to the Greers market and lots of great downtown Mobile restaurants and sites. The furnishings were very comfortable and it felt like home.

Beautiful decor and nice area, and inexpensive.

It was fine and served the purpose for our trip. Walls are a little thin and the tv noise from below was mildly annoying but it’s all good.

Everything went beautifully and according to plan. The host provided all the needed info prior to our visit. Accommodations we're comfortable, included off-street parking and the location was ideal for our visit.

I would stay again.

We loved our stay at Kens apartment during Mardi Gras. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was very close to all the parade routes so it was an easy walk with all our supplies. We had a wonderul time!

We always enjoy staying here for Mardi Gras!

To me, this site needed a deep cleaning.
