Cute little place downtown.

Very beautiful and fun layout; comfortable and quiet. Host was helpful and available. Wish we had time to stay a couple of extra days. Plan to use again.

This is our second time staying at Ken's property and it was another great stay. The apt is very roomy and in a great location. I highly recommend it.

The artwork and arrangement of the room is thought out and tasteful. Jazz music playing on entry gave off a relaxed ambiance. Really appreciated the soft bed.

The location is great! Only a few minutes walk from downtown and in a safe area. The room itself was nicely furnished and clean.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. It is in a good location within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We were very close to the Artwalk in downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Location and size was good for our trip. We were comfortable in the space. We were not aware that the space had another unit upstairs fron us. This did create some noise but not enough to interfere with sleep oe conversation.

Super cool place in a beautiful area within walking distance of everything downtown as well as the water. Plenty of space & lots of towels. Beautiful yard with sitting area.

Came from Texas to see a concert at the Saenger theatre. This vrbo was close to everything.

The rental is located in a comfortable and safe neighborhood. The windows don’t provide a view which was fine by me as it added to the sense of security. My cat enjoyed the outdoor sounds as they could be easily opened. There was too much furniture and too many accessories for my liking, but I just moved some things around and made the space more workable. One of the things I liked the best was the big bathroom and long countertop which held all of my cosmetics, lotions, etc. There was more than ample towels and bedding available; plus the kitchen was well stocked. Also, it was really nice to park my car off the street. St. Louis Market is only a couple blocks away and fantastic for picking up groceries and/or creating your own salad or hot meal. I spoke to Ken several times on the phone and each time he seemed genuinely caring and very capable.

We loved the area where this property was located. Easy walk to dinner & for coffee the next morning. Interior was very clean & the perfect size. The outside area was well kept & relaxing. Overall, a great stay!
