Downtown Apt. 5 w/ Ocean & Mountain Views.

We stayed for two nights before heading to our fishing lodge. It was super easy to find and right in the heart of town. We loved the views of the ocean and the mountains. Very well kept and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean convenient user friendly

This apartment is in an excellent location close to lots of walkable dining options. It was very comfortable with a nice living room to hang out in. The bed was very comfortable.

A terrific location. We didn't rent a car and didn't need one. The property is very central. We did a cab from the airport. After being here a while, we discovered that Uber and Lyft serve the community. The unit is on the second floor. The day we arrived it was warm for Sitka, or at least we were told. The temperature was 68 and it didn't cool off that much at night so the second floor unit was a little warm. Fortunately we discovered the fans in the closet and were comfortable for sleeping.

Perfect place to be comfortable in with all we needed and a beautiful view. Easy access, safe, clean - definitely recommend!

Works great for a fishing trip with buddies

It was good but no bbq witch now i understand why cause there’s no where to do it and no key to main door? It was tough to get in at night

Unit was perfect for my wife and i. Great location, bed was comfy, and super convenient. Coming back to Sitka next year. Would definitely stay again.

First time to Alaska and this property was perfect, right in the middle of downtown. It’s within easy walking distance to so much. The views were great from the unit as well & we enjoyed watching the bald eagles that would fly by the windows. Highly recommend!

This was a wonderful apartment for our stay in Sitka. The unit had everything we needed and the hosts were helpful. The location is very central and great for walking to most points of interest in Sitka. The extra bedroom for my kids was great and we would recommend this place to anyone

The unit is old school basic and functional. It has a well stocked kitchen and full-size refrigerator-freezer. It is on the second floor of a multi use commercial building with restaurants in the basement. Fortunately, there is a good view and an elevator. The smell of pizza is constant in the hallways, but doesn’t invade the unit. The pizza downstairs is good by the way. The main drawback for us was the lack of HVAC or ventilation. There is one small window in the living room, and a fan in each bedroom, one of which rattles badly. There is baseboard heat in the living room, and one small space heater in the main bedroom. For us, there in middle May, we had the window open even when it was 45 at night, and still had to have the fans to move air to sleep comfortably. In the summer it may be challenging to sleep cool. Other than that, it’s a great place to experience the Sitka village lifestyle.
