Downtown Apt. 3 w/ Ocean & Mountain Views.

Great stay. All the amenities that could ask for. The 2nd bedroom is partitioned from the living room but is very nice. The refrigerator compressor is a tad loud (not overly annoying) and the front door has a gap under it so hallway noise (very occasional) comes in clearly. The laundry is right across the hall (very convenient) and Yuyos restaurant at the bottom of the stairs is really good (and they have ice cream!). Pel Meni Russian dumplings (right around the corner)- Yum. Everything is in walking distance, in fact the walk to the airport terminal is about 30-40 minutes.

Spic & Span clean apartment .. the perfect location for meeting points for excursions.. distance to the airport Kitchen has everything you need in case you want to cook a meal etc. ones you receive the key you can use the elevator for your suitcases . We had unexpected warm weather very thankful for that however a simple fan would have been wonderful specially the back bedroom gets very warm . Would stay here absolutely again .

Beautiful hotel beautiful area beautiful nearby park, literally steps from theater. Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Ashland.

Great central location. It is a full apartment with two bedrooms so there is lots of room. Katy was easy to deal with re arrival and departure times.

Very comfortable and clean apartment centrally located. Was able to walk to many attractions and school events. A coffee shop is optimally located downstairs in the same building. The bedrooms are separated by a partition type of wall, so not 100% private, but are very spacious and nice for families. Have stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience.

I found it hard to get comfortable in the family room. Two couches without a comfortable sitting chair made for some restless moments. Direct T.V. choices were terrible, but I get it. Saving money is important for the proprietor.

Loved this apartment! Absolutely gorgeous view, Beautiful and thoughtful touches indoors as well. Perfect central location for anyone from out of town. Everything needed is within walking distance. Very convenient that my favorite restaurant in town just happens to be located on the ground floor! Also, considering it’s downtown location, I was amazed at how quiet it was! Absolutely stellar host, who was so helpful when we left some belongings behind, was very accommodating to let us return to pick them up! I would have loved to stay a month for the view alone!

Great location and comfortable accommodations.

The central location of this place makes it perfect for us to walk everywhere. There were only 2 of us and we both had our own room. It was perfect for us.

The accommodations very clean as well as centrally located. Checking in was a breeze with everything as presented. Would stay there again!

We loved staying here! We did a lot of window shopping before actually purchasing our souvenirs, but loved being able to walk a short distance to drop off our items and not have to carry them all around with us for the day. And to be able to go just one floor down to visit shops was super handy! Of course the apartment was super clean, had everything we needed, had great views and was very comfortable. The minimal clean-up policy was unexpected, but we made sure to do more than was required. Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Sitka!!

Stayed three nights and had a good time. Location is very central for seeing Sitka sights.

Very clean, in the heart of town, beautiful views

Apartment was in town and we could walk to almost everything. The apartment itself was clean but the kitchen was dated. The bathroom had been updated but the sink drained very sloooowly. The mattress in the front room was horribly soft and old. The sheets should be better quality. Didn’t sleep in the other bedroom because there were no windows and it was stuffy. The coffee machine worked great!

Great convenient location with amazing views, near everything including the local bus that allows you to get anywhere you need.

This apartment is in the most convenient spot to enjoy Sitka. We were so grateful to have a clean, quiet, well appointed place to land!
