The space was cozy and perfect for everything we needed. The location was ideal and only humbled due to the winter storm, not the owners fault. Clean and cozy. Fireplace was a nice bonus.

Property was just as descripted in VRBO add. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. However, there were a few things that we a bit frustrating. The portable heater in the living room stopped working on the first night, however we did not report it as the main heating system kept us comfortable. Also, several of the wall plugs either didn't work or stopped working after a while. Lastly, the check out instructions provided asked that all dishes be put in the dishwasher before leaving; there was no dishwasher and we washed all dishes used. The instructions also stated that all bedding and towels be put in the laundry; there was no laundry area in the unit. If we have to wash dishes, remove the trash and strip the beds, why am I paying a 120 cleaning fee???? Overall, the experience was fine.

Very disappointed. Vrbo advertised is with washer and dryer and dishwasher. There were none. Also air wasn’t working. I called Three Arbors property management. They blamed the inaccurate listing on Vrbo. They also admitted they knew the air was out because they scheduled someone to come the day we were leaving. Never called to inform us or offer options or refund. I requested one night free but it was obviously a dummy email site.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, easy to pop out and walk anywhere but far enough away from too much noise. We had an infant and it was easy to put her in a stroller and walk down to the shops or out to eat. The living room area is lovely with all the natural light and the little balcony where you can watch the boats pass by. It’s also in the social district so I walked down the street to grab a drink to bring back to the bnb after she went to bed. The only thing that would have made it better was a washer dryer but by no means a dealbreaker for us. Husband and I also wanted to stream from our computer or phone onto the tv but the tv is xfinity only which we don’t have. If you’re wanting to do that, bring a cord. Again, not a dealbreaker. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Bonus was Wednesday night the park had music and we could sit on the balcony and listen. Only issue we found was in the morning the fish charters go out and people waiting are a bit noisy and it’s usually early in the morning. It would be nice if a sign could be posted that stated quiet residents in area. Overall great stay and would book here again.

It would’ve been nice to have access to laundry and we could’ve used a heavier comforter on the king bed. The restaurant noise and smells below or a non-issue for us. The air conditioner did rumble at night time, but it didn’t keep us awake. I would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Suite A started on Monday June 2nd sometime during the night the floor started vibrating to the point we were both startled awake, I called Three Arbors on Tuesday to report the now constant vibrating, NO return call. Also the cooking of taco's from the downstairs restaurant was so strong that all our clothes smelled like taco's for the duration of our stay. This could be a 5 star rental but for the amount they charge, it definitely was not worth the items listed above. Three Arbors made NO attempt to resolve or compensate us for our troubles.

Everything seemed pretty clean. The location was in a fairly quiet part of town, but still extremely close to walk to town and get dinner or shop. We LOVED all the windows and ability to see the boats on the river. Only issue is it's located on top of Saugataco restaurant. Although very fun, you could hear the workers at night and there was a delivery truck and trash truck that came pretty early in the morning that woke us up. Along with that, there are multiple trashcans that you pass walking up the stairs to get to the rooms. While they are well-kept, the smell of the trash lingered into our bathroom on occasion and you could definitely smell it when walking up to your room.

Toilet bowel was full of rust stains, the Oder from the rottening fish in the trash at the bottom of the entry stairs was really bad all the time. sliding door would not all open all the way and had no screen. sliding door blinds were broke. Nothing like smelling rotten fish and trash in the dumpster at the stairs all weekend

The only problem was the management sent emails for everything and none of the included the address of the condo. Luckily we recognized it from pictures online. They also never answered emails or texts.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in these apartments (there are two, both with the water view and balcony) for a third time - the location is great: walking distance to all shops, restaurants etc. Parking at the unit. It is well maintained. Kitchen is fully equipped- just bring coffee, there are filters, paper towels, salt, trash bags. Overall a good experience. Would definitely recommend.
