Down the Shore. Close to Beach, Bay & Boardwalk. Ocean City NJ

**FURNITURE COMING SOON!***I live in Center City and needed a place to get away, so I bought this historic home almost 20 years ago. It is bright and airy with a huge front porch (I spend so much time on the porch that my friends say I bought a porch with a house attached) and use the upstairs as my vacation home. If you have any questions about Ocean City or the property, please just ask. I check my email all the time.
This unit is currently being lovingly restored after the pipes frozewith all new plumbing, on demand hot water heater, refinished floors, window A/C units, new cabinet fronts, fresh paint and all new furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms: 2 with full beds and 1 with 2 sets of twin bunk beds plus a sofa bed to sleep 10.
The kitchen will be fully stocked (I am having so much fun shopping:) and you have use of the shared yard with outdoor shower, grill and fire pit.
We are midway between beach and bay, and close to the Tabernacle (where the farmer's market is every Wednesday) and Asbury ave with all of the shops and restaurants.
On the walk to the beach, you'll pass a coffee shop with amazing baked goods and also a smoothie shop. At beach block there is Ove's restaurant with snacks and sit down meals, bike and surrey rentals in the morning. Stroll 2 blocks down the boardwalk and you will arrive at Gillian's fun pier for rides and amusements.
Dog beach, where dogs run free and get to swim in the bay, is a 5 minute car ride.
Beach chairs and tags are included.
