Double Rooms Perfect for a Family

Great location

I will say this was an awesome affordable hands down gig. Im home and im still excited about where we stayed.. Definitely staying here again no questions asked.. The host Marco was on point with me and had everything covered and promised.. 20 outta 10. First trip to Florida as well and i will be excited to come back here next year.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Really enjoyed how close the room was to the beach and activities on the broadwalk. The building has a very nice outdoor area where we enjoyed eating outside.

The location was perfect. Just far enough away from the noise but close enough to enjoy the party. Host was extremely accessible and responsive. The condo was clean and stocked with all your basic needs. Enjoyed our stay!

Our host Marco was wonderful. He made sure we had everything and gave great recommendations. The property was clean and literally steps from the ocean. We didn’t need a car at all. The place is bare bones, but is clean and has more than expected. The beach towels and chairs were an awesome bonus and it saved us money. I would surely return. We had a great time!

Very close to the beach! Location was perfect. The property isn't quite as good as the pictures. It was a good experience, however not a five star experience.

Marco was always on call to answer questions and always very helpful. The place is just off the Broadwalk and had nice beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for our use. Bathrooms were a little small, but everything worked fine and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Will definitely stay again!

You could not ask for a better location! This place is really a bare bones accommodation, even down to the decor, but great for a short beach trip. Highly recommend if you’re just looking for a no-frills place to shower and sleep.

Lovely location, good amenities, very comfortable accomodations. March was quite helpful in getting us situated and ready for any questions we had. Really appreciated waking up and being able to walk outside to see the ocean.

Close to restaurants.

You could see the ocean from the the patio area. So close to everything. The unit was super clean.... and I'm super picky about that. Marco was so quick to respond at any and all questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Great value for the budget vacation stay. Would have liked a family room and separate entrance for each room. Great for a family, but traveled with other couple. We Prefer higher end accommodations. The pictures were a bit miss leading. Great Location! The views and local pubs and food venues were very good.

Cute little room in a great location! The boardwalk and beach are maybe 20 steps out your door. We loved the area. The room was clean, bathrooms are on the smaller side, beds were comfy. There are beach chairs and towels to use, so that was a plus! Marco is very good with communication and helped us out with whatever we needed. Recommend!

Within half block to beach—gorgeous beach just right around the corner.

This was a great stay. Very clean and the location was great.I really enjoyed the proximity to everything, that was most ideal we were a street over from the beach and it wasn't to tourist filled either. Hardrock was 15ish min away, airport was about 20 min away, very easy drives.The units were great, had a connecting door and the layout is a tad wonky it works well.Super super clean and Marco was great with communication for anything we needed. Def recommend

The property is located 20 steps from the beach and has all amenities described. Its small, but clean and tidy and ready for the beach.Marco is very responsive and made the checkin process flawless, thank you again and will definitely book again.

Love my stay I’m coming back to stay here again!

When our friends arrived, they were allowed to leave the luggage in the unit and were told to come back in an hour. When they came back in an hour, the maids were not happy with giving them entry although Marco told us they could. He had to speak to them to get permission. We were very disappointed that there was no area to sit in a chair and relax. We knew it was a two bedroom unit but had no idea there was no sitting area. Then we got locked out because apparently the batteries were dead and it took several calls to get it corrected. The area is great, but we did have some hiccups.

Extremely pleasant stay! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Gave great recommendations for the area. The Broadwalk offered great restaurants and entertainment. Beach was clean and safe. Will definitely stay at Marco’s place again. Thank you, Marco and staff.

Property was ok. Two beds, two, bath, two kitchen areas. Seemed like a door was put between two units making them one unit. We were grandparents with two teens who were able to have their own space and close the door. We were less than 50 steps to the beach and ocean. That is what we came for. Hollywood Beach boardwalk was great for am walks. LOVED The 5 days.

Marcos place is in the best location loved being so close to the broad walk and the beach. Marco was easy to deal with always responded to any questions I had within minutes. The place was very clean, only one recommendation I could give him is to change the shower heads out to handheld shower heads, only because the showers are so small that would definitely help.

The property was exactly as described basically two connected hotel rooms each with the kitchen and the bathroom. It worked perfectly for us and the location was amazing! It’s literally steps from the beach! The host was a great communicator and made the process very easy!

Well described 2 room property. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Marco was very responsive to any questions or problems we had. We greatly enjoyed the location. The beach is right in front of the apartment! The location is on the quiet end of the broadwalk, but it's an easy walk to great dining, entertainment and shopping.

Great place to stay so close to Hollywood Beach. One improvement I'd suggest is to make it easier to open/close the blinds and windows. And the light outside is very bright in the front bedroom. Mario was very responsive and the support staff were lovely!

Having had to evacuate from Saraasota we found this great place to stay for a few nights. The beach was seconds away with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Marco was a fantastic host. Any questions that we had he responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again if we were over that way.

This is my second time staying at this location and it won’t be the last. The communication with Marco has been extremely easy and the location is wonderful. I definitely recommend this place
