Comfortable apartment located in the Zisa neighbourhood, in this area you can visit Zisa Castle, relax in the park and visit the Cultural Shipyards for events and exhibitions.



The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with no lift. The entrance to the house opens onto the living area where there is a lounge with a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed. In the same area there is an equipped kitchen, from which you can access the terrace. Continuing through thehouse you will find the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms. The layout of the house is completed by 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



*The car park is not suitable for large vehicles. For guests travelling with multiple motorcycles, there is internal space available for parking them.
