Old place but everything you need is available. Location is super good. Short walk to train station and metro. Lots of small shops nearby.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. It’s a huge 3 bedroom, two full bathrooms, with all the amenities of home. There were even some thoughtful additions like coffee and tea and condiments. A full stocked kitchen for cooking. (Though you are in Rome, so who wants to cook.) We walked every where from there. And it’s only a two minute walk to Roma Termini train station. Highly recommend.

The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive, and the space was comfortable.

This apartment was so cosy and in a fabulous location (less than 5 minutes walk to the train or metro)! Costanza met us to hand over keys and show us the features of the apartment, as well as giving suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. We had plenty of space for our entire family and a fully equipped kitchen to cook at home if we wished. We would definitely recommend the apartment!

We had a great time in Rome and the apartment was in a really good location. We could walk to practically everything. This is a large apartment and was plenty of room for 3 adults. Costanza was very helpful upon arrival. She even helped us arrange for airport transfers. This was close to grocery stores, the train station, and the Colosseum.

The space is located just a short walk from the train station. Our host arrived shortly after we did, and was very friendly. She shared a map of the area with some recommendations. She also shared with us the story of the artworks in the apartment that were created by various members of her family. The space is lovely, with comfortable furniture and many plants, which added to the comfort level. The kitchen was well appointed.

The apartment was terrific. Clean, air conditioned, and space for everyone. Although the building was undergoing repairs, this didn’t impact our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Photos are true reflection of this rustic Italian feel apartment. It was very quiet, comfortable & we enjoyed the space. Location provides great access to the Roma Termini and metro. The area has a more local feel, with local cafes, restaurants, supermarkets n food market easy to find n close by. We felt safe in the area and found it to be a great base. Costanza was very accessible & helpful during our stay.

Comfortable, had 6 adults. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Overall satisfied. Some locations were far away.

Rome is my favorite city and this was an ideal place to stay, near the train station, the subway and many restaurants. Cortana was very easy to deal with and extremely responsive.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, this is your place. It has an old world feel with modern amenities. It is also within walking distance to many of the places you will want to see while in Rome. Costanza was very helpful! She booked a driver to pick us up from the airport and gave us tips on where to eat, how to get around, etc. She even met us later (after our stay) to return an item we left in the apartment. We had an all around, excellent experience.

Centrally located within walking distance of the Colloseum. Charming decor and good facilities.

Place was close to Termini station which was good. It's in a decent neighborhood. Hostess was responsive but the apartment is old. It served its purpose.

Costanza remained in very good communication with us to ensure we were comfortable. Her apartment is charming and comfortable, and located close to Termini and Metro station.

The property was an absolutely beautiful converted art studio which helped us get into the spirit of Rome. The location next to the train station was easy for luggage, and the sights were a quick lime ride away. Costanza was an excellent host, giving us many tips on where to go for food and gelato which all turned out to be absolutely fantastic! We would definitely book here again and highly recommend!

We found the flat very comfortable for our group of 4. I appreciated the amenities provided like spices, oil, etc for cooking. While o reserved for 3 people and we arrived with a 4th, we were charged an extra $80 for the 4th person. None of our other VRBOs did that, so not sure about that one. Very close to the colosseum and other points we planned to visit.
