Domus Palombi - Large apartment 200 m from the station and 700 m from the sea

Very clean and roomy. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Great location for our early flight from Rome.

the apartment was big and very clean. we enjoyed using the large outdoor patio and it was located very walkable to town

We spent one night on our way to a cruise. There were 6 of us and the accommodations were excellent. A short walk from the train station and the main town area. Our host was very gracious. The value was also great compared to staying at a hotel.

Very nice apartment for families. Within close proximity of the train station. Walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Very clean spacious apartment in great condition. Very good ac units in the bedrooms ( better than we found elsewhere). Close to train station on opposite side from beach and most amenities so quieter but a bit more of a walk to some things. Modestly equipped compared to North American standards but better than most other places we stayed in Italy. Only thing we didn’t like was beds were too soft with pillows too hard for our tastes. Everything else was nice - would easily sleep 5 or 6 people. Ladispoli is a convenient spot with pretty but dirty (like lots of Italy) beaches and easy access to central Rome and airport ( if you don’t wanna stay in Rome proper). Food was cheaper than elsewhere with some nice eating places right on the beach and fewer non-Italian tourists than other places ( so you might wanna brush up on your Italian a bit to stay here).

Even though we’ll only spend one night here on our way to Tropea it was a great place to stay. Close to the train station and other amenities. Mario was fantastic and responsive as a host

Mario and his family were very gracious hosts. Excellent in communication. House was in immaculate condition. On an extremely hot vacation we had air-conditioned rooms. Amenities were as described. Glexible check in che knout

Clesn Quiet Oh so secluded

Clean and spacious place in Ladispoli. Beach is actually 1 1/2 miles away, sand is course and black , sea is very polluted. In talking to locals, no one swims in the water due to the condition. It’s September and we were the only people on the beach. Rome is about 45 minutes to one hour by train and the town center is behind the train station about 15 minute walk. The owners are very nice. Wifi is very spotty, most of the time it’s down. Bring mosquito repellent and ointment as it’s needed after getting eaten alive. Repellents don’t really work, mosquitoes are very vicious and persistent to go through your clothes even jeans and shoes. Parking is inside the gate and safe. The apartment is fully furnished and plenty of hot water for showers,

We were looking for a large apartment close to Rome with access to the train that goes to Rome and Domus Palombi was perfect in every way, immaculate, ground floor, off street parking with everything we needed during our 9 day stay . The train was a short walk, there were restaurants, coffee bars, grocery stores all in walking distance. We were visiting relatives near Rome and this was the perfect location. The hosts, Mario and Pina Palombi couldn't have been nicer and we hope to return someday! Thank you for great memories!
