Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although this property is in a fantastic location with great views it does not offer much more for the big dollars we spent. The facility in general is old and dated so lots of noise from adjoining apartments. The bathroom and kitchen were in good condition and clean but in the rest of the apartment, the furniture and furnishings were basic and cleaning was not thorough. There were lots of dust bunnies under the beds, dirty window sills, old furniture and TV and bedside tables were in poor condition. Overall accommodation was basic at best.We also had a mix up with our booking and the communication and customer service from Unwind was extremely disappointing and really spoilt our experience and stay. It could have been handled so much better with the same outcome leaving us feeling happy about the service and assistance offered but sadly this was not the case and left us upset about the way it was handled and really impacted our ability to enjoy the remainder of our stay. Our 3 night stay from 26th Jan cost $1312 plus $300 deposit - We could have stayed at the Shangri-La in Sydney for less!!! We would have been happy with the condition it was presented in if it were not for the exorbitant price. We were charged a $ 199 booking fee and a $225 cleaning fee. $300 a night would be a reasonable price to pay but the extra $425 in service fees did not meet the level of service you would reasonably expect for that price. For that price we would have expected 1st class furnishings and fittings, a spotless apartment and superior service. Having said all that, our permanent resident neighbours were lovely and the views and location were unbeatable but we would not book here or through Unwind again.

Overall great property & location. Stairs were a bit of a challenge for one of us but we coped OK. One aspect of check in process that could do with improvement is visibility of numbers on key lock, Even in daylight we had to get a torch to see the numbers.

Lovely short break visiting my son. Property in great location. Property was ok but thought a bit expensive for the age of the decor. Room was 170 a night but with all the add ons the price was doubled.

Our impression of the unit was clean and well presented. We did feel that the bed linen was old and thread bare and needed replacing.
