Dolphin Watching Paradise! Amazing 11th Floor Views

This was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at while visiting VA beach. The staff was very friendly. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The view was amazing.

Although the condo is beautiful and in an excellent location, there were cockroaches and after reporting to the host upon arrival we were told they would see about spraying. We expected to see someone within a day or two. Instead, we bought our own roach traps and dealt with the bugs all week, praying we wouldn't bring any home with us. Let the host know we were highly disappointed in their lack of action and they have been completely unresponsive.

We would stay again. Lots of dolphin sitings.

We thought the location was convenient to the beach. The condo felt secure with entry. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Bedrooms looked out on to the beach so you could see and hear the surf. Balcony had not been cleaned (cigar butt and ashes) but otherwise very clean.

Overall great stay! Would have been better with a 2nd parking spot available onsite. Great location, communication, and the host was very accommodating! We will stay here again in the future.

The views and location were great. But we found some dust on top of the furniture (entertainment area and interior decoration). I had to clean those areas upon the arrival. And towels and linen were not included. Because I did not know it had to be ordered ahead, we didn’t have linens and towels on the first day. Parking is for only one car and this really inconvenient us. I will not return here for sure.

Everything was as it was advertised easy access for elderly mother and my aunt beautiful view of the ocean. They had a great time catching up reminiscing and making new memories.

This was a perfect unit and location for our family on a long weekend. Everything was clean and ready for us and the view of the beach could not have been any better.

I’ll start with the good…the condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family! Now things where we go downhill… 1. Do not count on any response from the Host. I messaged twice about check in, only to receive radio silence. We knew we would get in late and I wanted to make sure they knew. After 3 hours of no response we called the “Host” which was a 3rd party security company that said they could let us in. At least now we knew we could get in. 2. I also messaged about check out instructions and again no response. 3 Read EVERY word of the “about this property”. Linens are NOT included. I thought I had read the details on the property but turns out I missed the very bottom of the description. We learned this at 1:00 am after we checked in and had no towels or bed sheets. I called the front desk and again the 3rd party security could not help us. After a 7 hour drive, going to WalMart was not an option. We made do and called the front desk at 8:30 am only to not have someone answer. After trying twice, I walked down to the front desk, only to be told she couldn’t help me. only the property manager could. She had no idea when she would be in, so we went on to have a late breakfast. I tried again and finally got a phone call back after leaving a second message, only to find out the rentals are through a third party. It would be MUCH better to put this information in red and in bold letters at the top of the rental. Don’t expect communication and bring your own linens.

Our stay was fantastic. One of the best locations we have stayed at! The condo was a little smaller than the pictures appeared but super nice!

Very clean condo! Had all the things we needed. Staff was great as well.

This condo is so comfortable and beautifully decorated! All the amenities you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect too right on the boardwalk within walking distance to some great restaurants. The view is outstanding too!

My family and i enjoyed our vacation very much!! Great Location, Easy Check In, Nice People and Clean. Would definitely recommend this place!!!

Dolphin Run was a nice property in a quiet part of VA Beach. We enjoyed our stay there.
