Stayed Apr 8, 2024The apartment was in a great position, near the port, old town and restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to museums & main shopping streets. It was in an old block but had a lift (though small). The apartment was what we required for our break. The kitchen was small - we only needed it for tea/coffee and breakfast. The living/dining room had a sofa bed. the 2 bedrooms were a reasonable size and had storage for clothes. There is a roof terrace - no view of the sea. There are steep stairs to get up to the roof terrace. We had to contact the owner/manager to ask for checking in instructions & address but thereafter communication was prompt. Never met the owner/manager as all contact via text/email/What's app.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023Could not stay here because it was NOT wheelchair accessible. It had 3 separate steps to enter facility. Couldn't check in until after check in time due to no contact from owner. Finally returned message at 520pm... even though check in time was 4pm. Would NOT recommend. Host not easy to deal with.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022This house was so family friendly but would also be wonderful for just adults. Everything was just a short walk away. I got an immediate response with any questions that I had and Riccardo was so helpful! 10 out of 10 would recommend! If we are ever back in Genoa, we will definitely be staying there again!
