Dog-friendly condo w/ two shared outdoor pools, spas & tennis court

Slightly dated but still very nice. Grounds are beautiful. Location within walking distance to center of town

Loved the condo. Very comfortable & had everything we needed. Within walking distance of restaurant's & shops. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

Unit was not ready when we arrived necessitating a hotel stay. Misunderstanding about credits. Nice unit be repairs needed.

My stay was wonderful. Everything was stocked better than i could have asked for. Lovely community. Clean and comfy.

The condo had not been used for some time and was empty but I was not allowed to check in until 4:pm. Then I had no running water in the kitchen for the first 3 days. The toaster never worked the whole trip. I was told by a property manager it would be replaced asap. Never was. The balconies were filthy as was the BBQ.

Nice place but feels very outdated, on the plus side the bed was very comfy. I am not a fan of vacasa property management requesting me to pay a fee outside of the VRBO website. That felt sketchy and for that reason I'd never rent this unit again or any unit that uses vacasa. I use VRBO for a reason which is, so all communication and payments stay in one place for my own financial safety.

Nice spacious condo within 4 blocks of downtown Palm Springs.

The condo was very nicely furnished, and has some nice views of the mountains, in addition to two small balconies and a washer/dryer, which was very nice to have. The only negatives were the access instructions that I was emailed (which didn't include the numeric access code for the door, gave an old username and password for the WiFi network, and whose lockbox combination I couldn’t get to work), the lack of instructions for operating the TV system (I couldn't get the TV to turn on using the remote, until I finally figured out that the cable TV box needed to be manually turned on first), the lack of streaming capabilities (as far as I could tell), e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime video, etc. (I got around that by plugging my laptop computer into the back of the TV, and finding the external source button on the remote - having a Roku box would make that unnecessary), the sink stopper lever didn't lower the sink stopper in the master bathroom (pushing the sink stopper down DID work, however), the master bathroom tub stopper was somewhat hard to operate (and the hard-to-read instructions for how to operate it were printed on the very old stopper itself), and it would have been nice if the hot water had been a little bit hotter. But, in spite of those things, it was still a very nice condo in a great location which I definitely recommend (and strongly recommend if those very minor problems can be fixed).

Great location and property however our unit is dated, stained carpets, TV remotes didn't work etc. Refrigerator and/or freezer had bad fish smell.
