The modern three-room apartment (65m ² on three levels) impresses with a clever division and family-friendly equipment. On the ground floor you will find the modern living room with an open full kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave ...) and a large dining table for everyone. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the middle floor and thus to the bedroom with a large double bed and bathroom with shower. The kids live at the top: there is a double bed (1.40 wide) and a single bed as well as enough space for playing or watching TV. The entire living area is tiled, which proves to be very practical.
