    The host was friendly and helpful, met us later than expected when our flight got delayed, helped us to sort airport transfers and made us feel really welcomed. Great location with the train station and shopping center around the corner. Super convinient for Disney as only 1 station away. The apartment was adequate for us and 4 kids to stay, balcony was nice to sit for breakie and the beds were comfy.

    The communication with Martin pre-arrival was excellent. Very quick and thorough responses to queries. Martin is a very friendly host and we appreciated the extensive walk through of the apartment building upon arrival. The apartment is spacious and was ideal for our family of 4. Everyone slept soundly, which isn't always the case when travelling. It's actually located opposite the Eurodisney HQ, 60 seconds walk to the RER and Val D'Europe. We didn't try it, but it looks to be around 20 mins walk to DLP. The area is surprisingly quiet despite there being so many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Only minor negatives are that some of the fixtures and fittings are showing their age a bit and would benefit from some TLC. That said, the apartment is fantastic value, and a refurb would probably put the price up so it's all relative. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend as a base for Paris central and DLP.

    The property that we originally booked was unavailable due to, if I recall correctly, water damage. Fortunately the owner had another property available which we were given, it was less than a five minute walk from the original property, unfortunately I do not know the address or the property ID so the remainder of this review is perhaps of limited use, so I will keep in general. The property was of a very high standard with all the amenities that you would expect. The property is very close, a few minutes walk, to L'Europe train station, (Disneyland is the next stop on the frequently running trains), and reportedly the largest shopping mall in Europe. The whole stay was very enjoyable and a totally stress free experience, as previously stated the landlord was very friendly, spoke excellent English and could not have been more helpful. I would recommend the apartment to anyone and I am sure the other properties belonging to the same landlord will be of the same standard.

    We stayed at this apartment because of the location. We were pleasantly surprised that the location of the apartment was accurate and honest. There is nothing worse than booking a place claiming to be close to a location only to find it's not close at all. I would have given a 5 star rating, but there were a few things lacking, which I will cover. PROS: Location to train station RER A was within a short walking distance Great place to stay if you are planning a visit to DLP, because it is 1 train stop away (about a 7 min train ride) Located a short walk from many dining options Located within walking distance, to a HUGE and I mean HUGE shopping center that is open 7 days a week! Wifi was fast and reliable Coffee and some fruit was provided by the host Apartment was a good size, even with 5 adults and 2 kids we did not feel cramped Martin was very accommodating host and worked with us during the check in process 1 FREE underground parking space CONS: Beds were very uncomfortable :( We paid a 10 euro pp towel and linen deposit when we arrived, but that only provided us with 1 bath towel pp, no hand towels, or wash cloths. Other than the 2 things I mentioned, all else was great!!

    We have just returned from 4 days at Disneyland Paris, staying at Martin and Sonia''s apartment. The owners are very nice, helpful, friendly and relaxed. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped, very safe for young children and just a few minutes'' walk away from the RER to Disney or into Paris. The apartment is also close to restaurants and shops meaning that a car is not necessary. The apartment was perfect for our trips to Disney as it was only one short stop away on the train but far enough away from the crowds and activity to allow us to relax. I would definitely return to the apartment if coming back to Disney again (which I will be if the kids have anything to do with it!!). Thank you Martin and Sonia for your hospitality.
