A very nice studio, with a separate entrance located off the beaten path, but yet close to the popular attractions. Very nicely laid out. Bikes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella were part of the package. Not to mention a coffee machine with dark roast K cups! Trust me, you will appreciate that! Did I mention the basketball hoop and outside sitting area??

Handy items like beach chairs and beach towels.Property was very close to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown- we drove, but it would have been a relatively easy bike ride. Very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely lovely stay! Great modern property, lots of amenities (bikes, beach towels/chairs/cooler), big space. Nadia is a great host and very communicative. Just know that the property is not in the center of town. It’s close, and easily accessible by bus or Uber, but it’s not recommended to walk there with your luggage. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, though!

What a perfect place to call home for a few days while visiting Martha’s Vineyard! Centrally located and close to all the fun beaches and towns. Nadia was a wonderful hostess and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect!

Are there enough adjectives to describe how much we enjoyed our stay? First, communication with Nadia before and during was flawless. Check-in was easy. Her house is in a quiet neighborhood near to Circuit Avenue and neighboring towns. The studio is as described - and better. The decor is a coastal flair. The studio was so clean! The bedding was phenomenal, comfy and spotless. It all smelled so good! The studio is equipped with all the amenities for the beach, for cooking, for showering. We enjoyed the little outside deck in the afternoon for Happy Hour and in the evening when that full moon was shining. We would stay here again without a doubt!

It was a great location plenty of room for two people. near the things I wanted to do on my vacation hoping to rent again soon.

Amazing condo! Very clean and close to downtown OB.Nadia was very communicative and helpful.

We had an incredible 5 days on the vineyard and this studio was perfect. It was a 30 minute walk to oak bluffs and also convenient for biking, buses and ride shares. The condo is fully stocked and true to the listing. Nadia was exceptionally helpful as a host: she answered my logistics questions before we arrived, had everything you could need, and even though she lives onsite she offered privacy while also being just a text message away. I’d highly reccomend this place.

great communication, super easy check-in, clean, comfortable space. not quite walkable to OB/circuit ave, but an easy 10-minute bike ride. if you like retreating from the noise and crowds at the end of the day, this is your spot! it does have the smallest tv i’ve seen in a long time though — so if you plan to stay in and stream lots of movies, don’t. otherwise, all good!

Had a wonderful stay at Nadia’s apartment. The space is over the garage with a private entrance and is a well appointed perfect studio with everything you need. She even provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels. We had everything we needed!

The property was clean, cozy, and quiet. Conveniently close to a couple of bus stops so it was pretty easy to get around the island without a car.

The property is nested in a very quiet neighborhood which we loved. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish, making the entire process seamless. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this spot offers both.
