Our brand new and exclusive apartment is located directly in the ski and hiking area of ​​the Zillertal Arena at an altitude of 1150 m. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The snow-covered valley run of the Zillertal Arena leads past our newly built house. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters from the property. The middle station of the ski area is just 1 km from the property.

In addition to a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeping accommodation for 2, the apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each.

There is also a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

The surrounding balcony offers a breathtaking view over the Zillertal and the surrounding mountain scenery.

The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

    We had an amazing stay in the mountains. The apartment is absolutely spotless. The photos can’t illustrate how lovely the apartment is. Katarina is lovely and is an excellent host and was really helpful and knowledgable. Fantastic view and luxurious accommodation. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it and we hope to be back again!!

    Eight of us, two families have a great stay at this place. The house is brand new, equiped with all the necessities and big enough for two families. It is perfectly located just below the mid station and there is a bus stop 50 meters away that takes you to the mid station. The advanced skiërs can go downhill from the house. Skiing back to the house is also very convinient. Most of all we are greatfull to the owners for their hospitality, Katharina is perfect, always there to support, she even baked a cake for us as a welcome.
