Stayed Dec 30, 2025I’m not a fan of the next air conditioner system that turn off on its own. And I like hot water to bath in. The place is very cute and clean and convenient . The owner addressed problems quickly. And was very kind and helpful.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025We were in town for our daughter's softball World Series at the Space Coast Complex. We wanted to find a place on the beach that had a pool for the down time between the long days at the field. Scott's place was perfect for the 4 of us! We had chairs, toys, and the beach umbrella for the beach days! There are board games and books to enjoy while relaxing on the beach. The drive was only 30-35 mins to the complex so it was perfect! Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! We got to watch satellites launch and find lots of sand dollars, crabs, and beautiful shells. Scott was extremely helpful and even provided complimentary early check in which was amazing to go ahead and get an extra day at the beach. We will be staying here the next time we come to Cocoa!

Stayed Sep 29, 2024Scott’s condo was perfect for my stay. Our company was involved in a project at the Kennedy Space Center and needed many days to be on the project. This condo had every amenity needed for a comfortable stay, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, a fully stocked linen closet, beach chairs and towels, and a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Essentially right on the beach a mere 75 steps away.

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Our stay at Scott’s place was nothing short of amazing. He communicated so well and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time. We didn’t have much time to explore outside of the busy baseball schedule, but Scott had so many recommendations and even called to let us know of the unexpected launches happening during our stay! We had everything we needed to stay comfortably. A washing machine was a must with the frequent uniform washing, so that was a really nice plus!! We left a little piece of us there and can’t wait to come back!!
