    The apartment has front view to the Marina which is great. The parking is inside and very convenient. The instructions at arrival were very clear and the access was easy. The bed was super comfortable. We couldn’t find the gym if it has one. The drying machine didn’t work. The AC are portable (not central). Beautiful neighborhood. Overall very reasonable for the price.

    Beautiful, clean condo overlooking the marina. Very well supplied with all you would need. The host responded in a timely manner to all questions. Location was wonderful for exploring Marina del Rey, Venice & Santa Monica. 100% will stay there again!

    The marina view is wonderful, and the property is a short walk to the ocean. The host was very responsive to several issues that came up.

    This listing should be removed and the host should not be allowed to post any further listings. Many parts of the listing were false. When we complained, the host changed the listing. The listing stated central AC and heat. There is no heat and the AC comes from portable units in each room. The ac units have a tube coming from them that goes out of the window. There are holes in the windows, so any noise is multiplied. This unit is directly above the entrance to the parking garage. The tube in the 2nd bedroom does not allow for the balcony door to close fully or lock. So basically, you are on the main floor with an unlocking door. Very dangerous, especially when traveling with children. The listing also said that gym access is provided. There is no gym access. The pool was closed for major repairs. The entire unit is run down and smells terrible. Mist likely this is due to the mold growing on the carpet in the primary bedroom from the portable AC unit. The kitchen cabinets and appliances are filthy and sticky. Don’t try to get in touch with the host because he will ignore your messages until you get VRBO involved. I am still waiting on a refund from this host because we ran as fast as we could from this unit to stay in a hotel.

    A wonderful host with excellent communication, a fantastic and quiet location, and a spacious and clean unit with everything you need and everything working just as promised. Beds and couch were comfy! Covered parking and laundry was a great bonus. Great walking area, close walk to beach, short drive to shops and dining. The only nitpicky thing I have to say—the apartment could use a touch more “wow” factor for the price compared to other places we have stayed. Again, nothing negative, just a little more sparkle, tasteful and thoughtful touches in decor, towels, maybe an alternative to finicky vertical blinds (include curtains?) and then of course adding some furniture in several bare spaces like the kitchen, would go a long way to bring it up to the level of warmth and hospitality to match everything else. That said, I’d much rather stay at this place instead of a superficially stylish place without them. So if these things don’t matter to you at all, consider this unit absolutely AMAZING!

    Our family of 5 stayed there in early December 2025. The hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was as advertised. The location is excellent and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in that area.

    It was an especially long drive to SoCal duecto holiday traffic but host made accommodations for a very late check-in! Representative kindly stayed in communication throughout our “journey” to see what our ETA was & promptly met us (1am!).The place was perfect for out family of 5 and the view of boats from the living room was great! Nearby plenty of amenities and easy access to everywhere! An excellent area to explore neighboring areas around Marina Del Rey and was just 20 minutes from UCLA! We enjoyed our family time and will definitely return!
