Detached Guest House - convenient for business or pleasure- a mile from UTD

Wonderful stay. Very clean, updated and private. Great location, close to expressway to get to downtown. Excellent communication from host and very helpful with the area.

Sindy’s studio was a great place to spend a long weekend. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was modern with a nice shower, and the bed above average comfortable compared to other properties. Our host communicated all necessary information well in advance and checked in with us after our arrival to see if we needed anything. The garage apartment is located in a nice neighborhood close to gyms, grocery stores, and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again if we needed to spend time in the area!

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed here while in town for business, and it was the perfect spot as always!

This property is just perfect for me, a single traveler attending a course for multiple days. It's very well decorated, clean, cozy, updated, and little extras you wouldn't expect! Owner is wonderful, communicative, and makes the stay even more amazing. Will return!

Sindy’s studio was a beautiful, modern, and very peaceful place to stay. The living spaces and bed were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Sindy was very communicative with the check in process and during my stay! She even left me some breakfast items which were extremely appreciated and unexpected. I will be staying at Sindy’s studio again when I travel for classes in Texas in the future.

This was the perfect place for me to stay while was in Richardson on business. Spacious, newly renovated, all the amenities, tucked into a nice quiet neighborhood in the middle of every restaurant/grocery/shop you could need. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Richardson.

This is a great place! It was super clean, Sindy was attentive to every need (the AC unit was dripping, but she got someone to fix it right away), and the guest house is right around the corner from a grocery store. I highly recommend this cute VRBO home.

This is a terrific quiet little hideaway with everything I needed for my stay. Very well appointed and stylish too. Awesome host!
