Spectacular 2,500 square foot brick-and-timber penthouse with 15 foot ceilings located in the heart of the vibrant West Loop neighborhood. This recently renovated 3 bedroom / 2 bath apartment is perfect for groups looking for a stylish city escape surrounded by Chicago's best dining and nightlife. The central location is an ideal base for everything you want to see in Chicago!

The Space:
Located on the top floor of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. The upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay.

The kitchen and living room are open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku.

Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

The Neighborhood:
You’re in the center of Fulton Market in the West Loop -- a lively neighborhood that is home to many of Chicago’s finest restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, cocktail bars, and outdoor patios. This former warehouse district has transformed in recent years and is now a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Within a 5 minute walk outside your door, you’ll find dozens of hangout spots and places to explore for all ages and budgets. You’re truly in the heart of one of Chicago’s coolest neighborhoods!

Getting Around:
Our place is very central for exploring all of Chicago -- less than 1 mile from the Loop and River North, and a 10-15 minute trip to other areas like the Magnificent Mile, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Gold Coast, and McCormick Place.

You’re a 1 min walk from the Morgan train stop (Green/Pink Line) and a 10 min walk from the Grand train stop (Blue Line), allowing you to quickly access all areas of the city and O’Hare/Midway Airports. Uber and Lyft is also available 24/7. You’ll have no trouble getting around without a car.

Parking: We do not have parking in our building, but there are very convenient options nearby. The nearest parking garage is the 1K Fulton Parking garage at 1029 W. Carroll Ave, one block from from the apartment. For 24 hours of parking, rates are $26 on the weekend and $50 during the week. We also recommend two parking apps/websites that allow you to book discounted parking in garages and neighborhood parking lots. You can typically find overnight parking for $20-30:

Other Things to Note:
This property is located on the top floor, but still receives some ambient noise from the neighborhood and other apartments in the building, which is normal for loft buildings in downtown Chicago.

There are 2 straight flights of stairs to reach the apartment and no elevator.

    We enjoyed our stay. The property is in a great location, it clean, has everything you need. It is a very spacious, beds are comfortable. We stayed with a range of ages from infant, kids, teens, and adults.amd had a great time!

    This unit was great for a group of 5 (2 couples) we took the bedrooms. The bigger bedroom is great for groups with kids or younger folks or even big groups with single people. Overall great location and good vibe the unit has. The only con is the parking situation , this is a given for the side of town in Chicago it’s at. I recommended the google parking lot across the street by Emily hotel.

    What a beautiful, cool, hip place in the central heart of Fulton Market. Directly over NEXT and The Aviary! So easy to check in, live, and get around the area. If you want to feel like you get a vacation where you feel like you are apart of the coolest neighborhood in Chicago, this is for you! Easily slept 8 of us. Walking distance to literally everything: restaurants, Whole Foods, takeout, bars, L. Great place! We will stay there again, I'm sure!

    Great location within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in the Fulton Market area and downtown Chicago. Lots of room in the unit with an open airy feel and cute, funky- modern decor. Beds in third bedroom (bunk style beds) are very squeaky, likely need screws tightened. Mattress in second bedroom not the greatest with a big sinkhole in the middle. Beyond that, great stay.

    The loft was spacious with great views of the Fulton market district. Plenty of room for a large group. The bar across the street was loud and bright well into the morning hours, the front bedroom was quite load but the back room with bunk beds heard very little noise
