Designer 1-bedroom Suite, Full Kitchen across from University of Victoria

Attentive hosts who responded immediately to any request. Our second time here and would stay again.

Pros: Delightful suite adjacent to University of Victoria. A gas fireplace warmed the atmosphere (and person after a rainy day out) and the suite was appropriately outfitted, updated, clean and safe with a good security system. Nice bed. Good parking situation and easy access. I reserved the room with a full kitchen but it became unavailable during finalization of the reservation as the person in it extended their stay. That was my only real regret. Good communication from the host on procedures and no interaction needed after check in during my stay. Small things: The bathroom door is a bit close and requires navigation to get to the toilet. I suppose that was necessary to get the full shower in.

The suite was in a perfect location for visiting the UofVic, was well equipped, comfortable and had everything needed for a 13 night stay. Best of all though was the communication from the hosts - well timed, helpful, kind and thoughtful.

Really nice location, well maintained suite with modern look. Hosts left enough coffee for our stay, as well as lots of tea options and a few snack items. Quiet home, one other rental suite in the basement, owner occupied main floor. Off street parking, safe neighbourhood. Laundry was available to use, detergent included. We’ll be back next time we’re in Victoria!

We highly recommend this VRBO. It is so well equipped and so welcoming. It is truly a gem. For two guests it is perfect. Everything about this VRBO is positive!

Had a wonderful stay at the Campus View Suites. I stayed in the Suite Escape unit. Heather and Bryan had extra touches like coffee supplies for the morning and some snacks and fruit which was very appreciated. I didn't cook in the suite, but the kitchen looked fully equipped. Will stay again if my travels take me back to Victoria.

Great suite, nice bathroom, kitchen well stocked with everything you need for cooking etc. Shared Washer/Dryer was a nice extra. Easy access to Uvic and local grocery store etc.

Great place. It was sooo nice to have coffee, cream, sugar and snacks upon arrival. Big thanks to our gracious host.

Wonderful hosts & accomodations !!Our stay could not have been more pleasant.You can tell this home was built with love & many special touches. Lovely layout, windows & light & in a fantastic area (residential but nearby nature, garden, deer, etc). We truly appreciated the variety of amenities/treats as well as the kind communications with Heather & Bryan, both prior to & during our stay. The temperature dropped a bit those days & we were grateful for extra heating options (gas fireplace, heated tiles), though it felt cozy & comfortable regardless (the blankets are amazing, though). Great spaces, indoor & out. We hope to return & will cherish our memories. Many thanks again!! 🫂

We loved this cozy little place. Clean, comfortable. Owner left baked treats for us and fresh ground coffee. Gorgeous yard for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable, in a condensed space (think one or two people max). Great kitchen space for those who like to prepare their own meals, and the bathroom was pretty and modern. Enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer. I didn’t notice if they had AC, but appreciated the nice fan.I didn’t spend time outside, but their backyard was lovely.

I had a wonderful stay in a clean, well-appointed living space. I was welcomed with fruit and baked goods! Bryan was a gracious, attentive host. The location was perfect for my stay. I will definitely look this place up again on my next trip to Victoria!

Close to University....perfect. Handy to downtown Victoria...perfect. Accessible to everything we wanted to do...perfect. Accommodations provided everything we needed including a welcoming plate of scones, fruit and yogurt....perfect.

A very clean, comfortable and well-designed space with nice decorative touches. Lots of amenities and a well-stocked fridge including fresh scones! The host was very kind and helpful. We unexpectedly needed to extend our stay in Victoria and the host was able to accommodate us, which was much appreciated. Thank you again! Have already recommended it to others.

Our stay was great. Apartment has everything you need and amazing access to the University. Heather is a great host and has thought of everything you would need. The special chocolates were a real treat!

Complete kitchen, spotless suite, quiet and comfortable. Hosts could not have been more friendly or helpful.

My daughter and I came to visit the campus and we could not have asked for a better rental! The suite with its prime location, as well as the incredible hosts, Bryan and Heather, made our trip a memorable one. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway that is steps away from the campus.

Upon request our suite was available a few hours earlier, which was nice after arriving early morning to Victoria. The kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking. Hosts had coffee, cream, fruit, scones and chocolates. Great proximity to UVic, groceries and bus routes. Will stay again

We especially enjoyed the beautiful back yard. The treats upon arrival and the suggested walking trails were very much appreciated. The location was perfect for us. We'll be back!

Communication with our hosts Bryan and Heather was very good. Any questions we had they were prompt in their responses. The property was exactly as we saw in the photos. Their yard was beautiful. Bed very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen … we never used the TV we are in Victoria outside all the time. Their yard was gorgeous for eating outside while we were there. Lovely new shower features. We will look forward to staying here again if we are so fortunate to find it is available. Thank you for a lovely stay and we wish you all the best Bryan and Heather

We were in the city for a family gathering and celebration of life, and the suite offered a quiet, clean and comfortable space to relax. The garden is spectacular and a lovely place to sit with morning coffee. Bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Most of our time was spent with family who live near Gyro Beach so the location was ideal. Would recommend this suite. Enjoyed the stay and amenities.

The title says everything! We would stay again without hesitation.
