Stayed Dec 30, 2025Overall just a really weird stay. I will start with my experience with communication. The host's communication definitely needs to be improved. I had to ask to receive the check-in instructions. He responds with a list of instructions and a link to a boarding pass. In the list, it said I needed a parking pass, yet the boarding pass he linked me to had no information on how to get a parking pass, so obviously confused, I ask the host where to get it. He says we don't need one, despite it saying it in his previous message. We get into the unit and the parking pass is sitting on the counter. The building is locked with a digital keypad and so is the apartment door. We had no problem getting in and out of the building or our apartment when checking in. We go out for the evening with our friends that we were visiting and at 10pm I start receiving repeated calls for a Vegas area code. I finally answer one and they say they are with the building and something is wrong with our locks can they fix them? It immediately felt off because all of the communication I had with the host prior was in the Vrbo app, and this person calling me did not have the same name as the host. We had no problems with the lock on our door and we weren't even there at the time so how could they call me and tell me our lock is broken and they need to fix it? I message the host about it and he says yes the lock needs to be fixed. Again, I am not in the unit and did not say anything was wrong with the lock

Stayed Feb 18, 2025Rate your experience:Pros: The apartment was nice and clean, making it a comfortable stay.Cons: Towels: There was only one towel per person and just one washcloth, and they didn’t match, which was a minor inconvenience. It would’ve been nice to have more towels, including a towel for the kitchen. Security: I recommend adding a secondary lock on the door once inside, like a metal flip lock (similar to hotel rooms) for added security. This is especially important since with no interior lock, and two different people attempted to enter during my stay. Ice: The refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker, and since the water was left on, it would’ve been nice to provide a couple of ice trays as an alternative. Iron: No iron was available in the apartment, which was a bit of a hassle for those who needed it. Entry Code Issue: The entry code didn’t work upon arrival, and I had to contact the host for assistance. When the “owner” arrived to reset the lock, they did not show identification, which made me uncomfortable. I feel the host should have contacted me beforehand to explain the situation for clarity and security. Extra Charges: I was charged 40.00 for an additional hour, which seemed steep considering the circumstances. Parking: While the parking lot had numbered spaces, none were specifically assigned to the apartment, which made me worry that my vehicle might be towed.Overall: While the apartment itself was good, the issues with security,

Stayed Oct 22, 2024This was a refurbished building and the work was decent. The insides were furnished with poor quality kitchen products as well as inadequate furniture

Stayed May 20, 2024It was an easy scooter ride to the convention center and easy to find my way back (next to Bluestone, great landmark). Quiet, despite the wooden staircases. Close to the art museum too. Everything I used worked - was unseasonably warm and the AC worked fine.
