Fully refurbished by architect, this apartment has great view of Paris and Its major monuments and supporters can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the capital. Located on the top floor the space is really quiet (the lift goes all the way up to the sixth floor).

Stayed Oct 6, 2025Very clean top-floor apartment with an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower. Great neighborhood and a quick walk into St. Germain. Host communication was flawless. We were greeted upon arrival and received great instructions on accessing the apartment and amenities were pointed out nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 24, 2024This location was perfect for us - Pierre had stocked the little refrigerator with a couple bottles of water, a few tasteful beers, sodas and a nice bottle of white wine. The mini muffins on the counter were also a nice welcome The apartment is as in the online - no surprises! The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing - and since it was a top floor apartment, the view of the rooftops added to the wonderful Parisian experience. The neighborhood is near the Assembl`ee Nationale, a very safe, clean location. The streets were well lit and people were casually strolling with their pets after dark. This location is also near the Seine River and the Louvre. The Bath/Shower worked great - the bathroom was clean and is a good size. The kitchen fit the space nicely on the first floor - it has a Nespresso that started our day with a nice cup of coffee! The dishwasher was easy to use - it worked well and was fairly quiet. The bedroom is upstairs - very comfortable bed! The bedding provided was a nice quality and was just right for the weather in late October, November. The bed is on a very nice sturdy pedestal with little lights that add to the ambiance of the room. The window in the bedroom also had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower. The building has great security. Pierre was so pleasant, professional and responsive. Our host, Dom, made sure we had all the info we needed to navigate the area on day one. A HUGE THANK YOU to both Dom and Pierre, we will stay with you again!

Stayed Sep 12, 2023Definitely deserves 5 stars. Location - amazing! Communication and cleanliness - best we've experienced. Wine, water, beer and apple juice in the fridge. Apartment - so Parisian. View - the Eiffel Tower at night is unforgettable!

Stayed Apr 11, 2023We stayed here for a week and it was absolutely perfect! The Eiffel Tower is framed beautifully from the windows. Watching it sparkle every night was a dream! The amenities made staying here for a week easy and we were a short walking distance to several metro and bus stops. There was also an elevator for us tired tourists. Dom was a wonderful host and was very communicative before and during our stay! We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!
