Stayed Sep 20, 2024It is a roomy, beautiful apartment right on the grand canal. It is in the perfect location to do anything in Venice. If Venice wasn’t so exciting, we could have spent 2 days just watching the canal from the balconies.

Located close to transportation, historic sites, and fantastic restaurants. After staying in apartments in Firenze and Roma, this apartment stands head and shoulders above all others. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice and spacious. Good to have the two shower rooms. Views over the Grand Canal are mesmerising. The wooden floor in the master bedroom is very, very creaky.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024We loved our stay! Perfect location and brand new with all amenities. Hotel like attention to details! Walk to all attractions in a few minutes. The view is stunning from all rooms. Perfect for two couples as the suites were totally separated and private. We will be back!
