Desert garden apartment surrounded by Sedona’s majestic red rock mountains

Very clean and well maintained.Good view of capital butte from the property. Wide space to relax surrounded by livery yards. Full kitchen was convenient. Unfortunately there was no oven, but BBQ grill was useful. Highly recommend.

Desert garden apartment in Sedona is in a perfect location with easy access to restaurants, stores and hikes including Doe Mountain and the Long Canyon Trail. The apartment is clean, spacious and has a nice outdoor space to relax. The washer/dryer is a bonus and laundry detergent was stocked. This apartment is on the bottom floor with a second unit above. If you are a light sleeper, you may hear people walking around above you. We also could not find a thermostat in our unit; this may be controlled by those upstairs. We had an issue and the host was timely with her response, but not in a satisfactory manner. The renter that was arriving AFTER us got confused and unlocked the door to our unit using the keypad 3 days early. Thankfully, we were in the unit when this happened. He immediately left after realizing his mistake. I reached out to the host about changing the code on the electronic key pad to ensure that he did not have access to the unit before we left. The host agreed that this was unsettling, but that there was no way to change the code. She offered to prorate our stay, but we did not want to leave and try to find a new place that day. When I said that I would move the couch in front of the door to secure it before we went to sleep, her response was sounds good. The way this was handled was not what I have come to expect from VRBO properties. I genuinely believe this was a fluke situation, but i am questioning the process of providing check in codes 3 days ear

This apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. It was also incredibly clean!! Great little patio to sit outside and relax. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Check in/out was simple and easy. Also, communication with the host was fantastic! She was excellent to work with! Thank you for allowing us to stay. We had a wonderful time!!

The host made everything easy. The apartment was comfortable and offered a quiet beauty at the end of busy days. Great location for seeing the sights. Convenient and very pleasant!

Couldn’t have asked for more from our West Sedona VRBO! The directions and check in process was seamless and the rental was clean and spotless and had a brand new updated feel to it! Even the towels and rugs seemed brand new! The location was absolutely perfect for everything we were doing in Sedona (nice dinners and lots and lots of hiking). The little we needed to communicate with the owner found messages answered almost immediately and she was so kind. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Five stars all the way!

Really beautiful listing, it’s almost like the pictures don’t do it justice. From every window you have a beautiful view of Sedona! As for the house, extremely clean (we visited in August), very well taken care. The owner does have two rental on the house - we were confused when we arrived but I called and they explained right away. Zero noise, beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a cute wine bar with live music. My only notice was the bathroom towels are extremely small (and we are small people) and feel pretty old - but besides that every detail was perfect!

Exactly how it was described! Perfect for a small family and a great location where you felt completely safe. Great view and centrally located to all of Sedona’s offering! Would 100% stay here!!!

The house was located close to all the places we wanted to go. It was clean, the bathroom was fully supplied with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a newer and bigger salad bowl, and newer pans.

It was a quiet location where we enjoyed walks in neighborhood as well as using trail heads nearby. We were able to star gaze at night wo lights affecting our view. Apartment was updated and very comfortable with nice patio. We hope to revisit area and use this location again!

Beautiful and a good location just a couple of miles from the crazy uptown area. I’m. Oming back next year!

This unit is perfect for a family of four. It’s spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, has the necessary amenities, and conveniently located.

The host should be a superhost if she isn’t already!!! This condo is exactly as the pictures show but even much better in real life. Beds are comfortable and all rooms are spacious. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, glass as well as wine glasses. Only suggestion I would make is to put a night light in the bathroom. As one of the reviews noted, it does not have an oven but that’s not a big issue. A toaster oven is provided and a beautiful gasgrill to cook on.

This rental is the lower floor of a home in West Sedona and was perfect as a base of operations for our daily hikes. It is separate from the rest of the house, and very quiet. Our only negative comments involve a total lack of instruction on the use of the TVs and a marginally equipped kitchen but it didn’t hurt to miss some football games and we made do with the stemless wine glasses. That said, the place fit our needs for solitude and convenience to all of Sedona’s attractions.
