It was fantastic in many respects. The location was ideal. The unit is secure and close to the beach. A pleasant little restaurant was close by as well as a surprisingly well-stocked convenience store. The kitchen in the unit was convenient and we used it fully four of our 7 days. The A/C was cold and very welcome and the WiFi we shared was very adequate. The staff was very responsive, greeted us upon arrival with a comprehensive introduction to the unit and the area, and answered our questions. They dealt with a few maintenance issues during our stay. Since we cooked in a lot, the dishes, pots and pans and supplies were important to us. They could have been better: everything was bare minimum. We would definitely stay here again, largely due to the staff. We recommend it.

This property is incredible, and really perfect for a family. It was spacious enough that all 4 of us had our own space, but yet we still felt together. The wifi was fast and always available (very important for my teen). The location is ideal. The apartment is located one block from the beach just about right in the middle of the island, so it is about a 20-30 min slow walk to Punta Cocos (2k) and a 20-30 min slow relaxed walk to Punta Mosquito (2-3k). There is an incredible taco and pizza restaurant (La Cabana) minutes from the apartment, adjacent to a small store with water, bread, fruits, beer, juices and sandwich meat. The apartment was very clean, with a full sized fridge, microwave and stove. Laundry is also available on site, which was a huge plus. The machine is big and easily washed our clothes in one load. Communication with the property manager was fast and very easy. Any questions we had were responded to immediately, Paulina was always available and very helpful. Holbox is a beautiful island and this property is one of the better ways to enjoy it. (if you are looking for a easy relaxed vibe)

Great location-a minute from the ocean. Located on quieter end of beach-which we loved. Short walk along beach to center of town. Having the pool to was very refreshing. Would stay here again.

The property was located on the quieter end of town which was perfect! You could easily walk to downtown for meals and nightlife by road or beach. The accommodations were modern and clean, and it was great having a pool on-site. The management team of Paulina and Karen were so kind and helpful with all of our questions. A perfect place for a family or a few friends. Highly recommend!

This place is a safe and friendly place to stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and market. Well within walking distance of the town center and Punta Cocos. The staff is exceptionally helpful and quick to respond when you have any questions or concerns. The beds are pretty firm and there isn’t much furniture to lounge on in the living room but the island is so wonderful that you wouldn’t want to spend much time lounging inside anyway. We had a great week!

We stayed three nights at the end of July. The property was accurately described. It is a quick 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Our kids lived swimming in the pool. When we arrived, the power was out (for the surrounding area as well, not just this property). The hosts were great and had a person come with a flashlight. The power came back on later that night and all was well. The hosts were super accomadating and really helpful (organized taxis for rides into the central part of Isla Holbox). It's a beautiful 15 minute walk along the beach into town.
