Deluxe Beachfront 1BR in the heart of Ocho Rios, 24hr Security, WIFI, Pool,Beach

The condo was perfect for our 2 week vacation in Jamaica. The location was exactly what we were looking for; lovely view from the patio.. Would definitely return.

The unit and location in Ocho Rios was perfect. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping for groceries and souvenirs. The unit was lovely and it was nice to seat out on the balcony and see the cruise ships come in and have a late cocktail enjoying the sunset. Will definitely recommend this lovely unit to anyone visiting Ocho Rios and when staying there and you go to the beach ask for Chuck who was like our private butler. He will make sure you get a beach chair and anything else you need while there. If you hungry visit the new restaurant called JamFusion which is across the street next to John Crow

Great things: Bathroom and kitchen are nicely updated. The balcony was an awesome. The bed was firm and comfortable. Everything was clean. A/C worked well. View of the beach. TVs. Housekeeper provided service once while we were there. Not so great things: Owner emailed me and asked me to confirm my details. I replied back right away and never received a response. The email said to call the housekeeper when we got close. I called and she said she wasn’t coming and the owner should have told me. The front desk person was so rude. She had no idea what I was talking about when I asked for the key. She said no key was there. After 20 minutes of embarrassment and frustration, she found the key. The owner never told me the change of plans. I emailed her that day and NEVER received a response. The WiFi is spotty and unreliable. They allow strange folks on the property to ask if you want taxi rides. But they checked our wristbands all the time. But when I looked around only a few folks had them on. The resort has 6 beach chairs. Security told me I should have gotten their early. I was fine with renting one but they even said that couldn’t be done. Security just walked away while I was talking to them. The restaurant doesn’t take credit card. They don’t have most of the items on the menu. One night, we asked for menus and she said I can tell you the two dishes we have tonight. A lady’s bag was stolen while we were there. The front desk was not helpful. Towels: we had 2 hand towels, 2 face towels and 2 body towels for 3 days. Ugh. Although, we never saw the housekeeper we still left a tip. (She came once to refresh towels). We also tipped in the restaurant even though the service was less than stellar.

This apt is well taken care of ... has a great view (except construction currently going on that blocks most of it). Great wifi & TV’S when you are resting. Comfortable bed and fantastic shower. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return. Thanks Suzanne!

Hi, I stayed 12 nights in this lovely 1 bedroom condo.. It's clean, and modern. Tv and wifi work great. Location is perfect to walk about town or to beach ..balcony is a nice bonus .. Housekeeping and communication with the owner is very good and fast Can't wait to stay again.. Laura from NJ

Had an amazing time. Private beach, Jamaican rum, great food. The room made us want to just kick up our feet and watch the sunset. We will definitely be back.

I satyed 4 nights. The Apt had a beautiful view of Ocho Rios Bay Beach from the main room, the balcony & the bedroom. It was nicely furnished with tropical designs. It came with private wifi, a safe and a full fridge & many appliances/dishware/glasses etc. Residents have a private beach entrance (w/security). The location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk from Margaritaville/Craft Markets/Restaurants & Bars along Main Street. Also a General Food Market (groceries) is nearby in Ocean Village Shopping Center. There is a Cambio (exchange) on Main St. next to the Craft Market. Also there are (4) Scotia Bank ATMs on Main St.; 2 in each direction - One of which is connected to a Scotia Bank. Suzanne (property Mgr) was very communicative. She even called me in the U.S., to ensure I was prepared and answered my questions. Theresa (the housekeeper-who lives nearby) was very helpful and provided lots of local information & tips. I highly recommend a stay here and would stay again, while in Ocho Rios.

Theresa A the house keeper was very pleasant helpful patient trustworthy and very respectful i'm really happy that i got a chance to be a guest of hers. The apartment was well kept very very very clean all the furnitures and appliances are modern. It was just like being at home. There is nothing i would change about this place, my stay there was very comfortable, relaxing, quiet and peaceful. The property is well secure. The owner Suzzane was very responsive whenever i emailed her and although she is living in England and our time are different she made every effort to respond quickly. The property was exactly like what was described and even more. I will certainly book again when am in Jamaica. Thank you for the experience.

I stayed at Serenity in Sandcastles in August 2016 and i must say its one of the nicest apartments in the complex. It has everything you want with a lovely ocean view to the rear. Sandcastles is very peaceful and quiet, you are free to walk around as you please without no hassles and it maintains the Jamaican feel about it which was vitally important for me. The staff at Sandcastle are very friendly and our cleaner very nice.The location is superb, you are at the heart of everything Ocho. There's the mall across the street, oceans 11 for a meal, drink and karaoke, turtle river park across the road. lots of restaurants and souvenir stores. a short 5 min cab ride and you are at some of the main attractions of Jamaica - Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Serenity and Ocho and would definitely recommend the apartment to all.
