Deluxe Apartment with 3 Bedrooms - Opera

I would have given this listing a 4.5 if possible. The apartment's location is perfect, within 5 of Ubahn and trolley stops and 10 from the Naschmarkt. The rooms face an inner courtyard, so that although in the center of a busy city, it's quite quiet and the kitchen well equipped. One quirk is that the master bath doesn't have a toilet (a washing machine is plumbed in instead). Our group as has travelled together before so this wasn't an issue.One suggestion for improvement would be an instruction book for the appliances etc. We did have some issues with resolving a double payment before we left, however once we were there the host was very responsive to our questions. I would happily stay there again.

Excellent location. Cleam smart, beautifully decorated. It would be great if the en suite has a toilet (the washing machine would be better placed in the room with the second toilet) but otherwise perfect.

This is the perfect location if you want to be near the concert halls.

The apartment is perfectly located about a block from the Metro, the Opera House and museums. It was large enough space for 5 adults. It could use some more counter space in the bathrooms and hooks to hang clothing and towels. It needed a few more mirrors in the bedrooms but all in all it was large, clean and safe. We enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was the perfect location for our family of 5. Three bedrooms all with king beds, 2 bathrooms - one full bathroom, one toilet closet, and one bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink vanity (no toilet). The location was incredible in the heart of Vienna. I recommend unlocking the door with the button on the app rather than the door keypad. The place was very clean and new remodel. Gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again.

If you are only staying several days you will love this property. We stayed two weeks and wanted to unpack suitcases but there were no dressers. Also there were no instructions on how to turn on the tv, air conditioning, heater and use the washer/dryer which had all cycles in German. The washer/ dryer is one unit it’s a small capacity which is not very effective in drying. We would have loved to had a book which recommended some restaurants close by. We were not told there was a lock box with a key in it until we couldn’t get in the apartment after trying about 15 times. You should be told about the lock box before your rental starts in case you have problems with the door which can be tricky. There is no toilet in the master bedroom because the washer/dryer unit is there. The elevator is a real plus. We could not get the air conditioner to work in the master bedroom or the kitchen. We had a cold spell while we were there and could not get the heater to work. The property manager kept telling me I needed to set the thermostat. The real reason was the heat had not been turned on in the building which happened on the 4th day.

The apartment is on a quiet street halfway between the State Opera House and the Musikverein Concert Hall. Also walking distance to Kunsthistorisches Museum, the Albertina, and the Hofburg Palace, among the many museums. In other words we were perfectly placed to see a large number of Vienna's many cultural attractions on pleasant walks through the city. The apartment is very clean and modern. The famous Bosendorfer piano shop is at the end of the block. We would definitely come back.
