Stayed Nov 27, 2025The neighborhood felt safe and walkable. There were many convenient restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was clean and everything worked. The hot tub was great even in November. I would take VRBO again.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Price was attractive but it had some issues. Workers are on the property, woke us up early and left the power washer on the steps so we had to move it to get out. Cleanliness was subpar, bottle in couch, musty smell. Kitchen AC did not work. Size is really nice and the entry system works great. Our admin was super busy so we could not address our issues. Neighborhood was OK. Overall, not the best stay but if your expectations are less than the photos, it should be just fine. I wish we could get some of our fees back due to the issues.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Good location and close to everything! Access was easy and parking was on the street, but didn't have issues finding parking. VERY COMFY couch and bed were good too. (Even for an adult sleeping in a twin, it was okay.) Kitchen was stocked nicely and the window units were great as not everyone likes the same temp while they sleep. The hot tub was great and large!

Stayed Jul 5, 2024We took our daughter and a few of her friends for her 17th birthday. It was a great location, very clean and spacious. The yard was nice and private. We barbecued using one of the grills (there were several) and enjoyed the hot tub.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Our first night was terrible. Neighbor played loud music for several hours. Luckily it was just that first night that this happened. The master bedroom bed was pretty hard and the pillows werent great. We almost went to walmart to buy new pillows. Other than that, it was a great place. It worked for our family.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Small unit was just what we needed! Carrie was great and went above and beyond to get us what we needed. We will stay with her again! Very close to the Seawall and was only 10 minutes to Bermuda drive on beach. Kroger right up the road, and anything you could need while you stay. We had a great weekend!
