Late Check-in after 8.00pm is possible on request with a fee of 50 euros, to be paid in cash on arrival. After midnight, the late check in fee increases to 100 euros.



The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking. The closest Parking is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential.



We would like to inform our valued guests that our rental property operates on a self-catering basis. This means that hotel-like services such as reception, accommodation surveillance, meal and beverage provision, daily cleaning, linen changes, and transfers are not included. We are pleased to offer additional services upon request, in collaboration with external qualified partners, and these will be charged accordingly. We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Each bathroom is equipped with amenities including towels, some rolls of toilet paper, toiletries kit.

    Everything was great. Once the electricity cut out, from a fuse board outside the apartment. Oven and washing machine both working, so perhaps the ampage coming into the apartment is low.

    The apartment is fantastic. The amenities and the location are perfect. We were very comfortable both in the bedroom and in the living room/dining room. The kitchen is very well appointed.

    It’s exactly what we wanted and truly reflected in description and images. The apartment is very spacious and has a real luxurious feel. Everything is of good quality including nice big towels that make a big difference. During check in our host was very kind with recommendations that we loved. The lift was much appreciated as the apartment is on top floor. Highly recommended and when we’re back in Lucca we will book again.
