Over all was good however even upon departing the lock into the kitchen doesn’t lock when exiting. Also major concern with me in the hospital and wife in apartment with unsecured lock. Once we discovered this called Diane Gomez Wednesday evening left voicemail and dhe returned a call Thursday morning. As I told you Friday for our return trip in 2-3 months would like confirmation the lock is working properly.

Great location for TGH.

I stayed here for one week for business and it was great. The rooms were clean, appliances were all working and the owner was very communicative. The apartment is nestled right behind the main strip on Davis Island with minimal walking needed to get anywhere on the island. I highly recommend this place.

Davis Island(s) is a wonderful place to use as your home base for a Tampa area vacation. Just behind the property is Main Street, with numerous restaurants & other shops. Each day we took an hour's walk, which took us along the channel & the small local airport, ultimately to a fantastic view of Tampa Bay. This was our fourth year staying at this four unit condo.

Davis Island maybe one of the more peaceful areas to stay in Tampa. Quiet and safe. Accommodations are a little dated but comfortable for a couple or on your own.

Clean, great AC, comfortable bed, good washer and dryer, and great parking!
