We had a terrific stay in this cute apartment. Great location and very cozy.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect- near metro stops and very walkable. The sofa bed was comfortable and easy to open and close. The loft area was great for two teens. The apartment is small, cozy, tastefully decorated, and light-filled. The huge window looking out onto the courtyard is spectacular. The check-in instructions were thorough, clear, and easy to follow. The host was excellent with communications. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfectly located. The fold-out bed is comfortable and easy to fold up and unfold so there's no need to leave it out during the day. There is a beautiful garden view, everything worked, the building and apartment are easy to get in and out of (not always the case in Paris). Although there is a loft with a large double bed (which is low but comfortable), the ceiling is quite low, so you can sit on the bed, but not stand up straight. I would absolutely come here again.

Wonderful location for walking to major sites on the Left Bank (e.g. Luxembourg Gardens, Odéon, Panthéon) and on the Right Bank (Louvre, Tuileries, Comédie Française). Proximity to the Pont Neuf also makes Notre Dame very easy to reach on foot. Though the host's arrival instructions seemed a little complicated to us at first, they proved to be very easy to follow. We had no trouble accessing the beautifully renovated flat. Since the two-story space is situated deep within the historic building, it is very quiet and sheltered from the busy traffic along the Quai des Grands-Augustins. The elevator was a welcome sight when we arrived with our suitcases. As a retiree in my early seventies, I was worried at first that the steps leading up to the low-ceilinged bedroom would be hard for me to manage. But the ladder-like steps were very solid and easy to ascend and descend. It was actually quite fun sleeping in the loft under the wooden beams. The high window in the living room brought in lots of light and made the compact space seem much larger than it actually is. Excellent shower with good pressure. Though the kitchen is small, it is equipped with everything one might need to make a hearty meal. We did a bit of cooking, but mostly we dined out in nearby restaurants--including the world-famous café Le Procope. After a busy day of sight-seeing and shopping, we loved coming back to the flat. It was a relaxing haven for us during our three-night stay.

The location was excellent and we were so grateful that the host was able to accommodate our request to check in early. It was very nice looking out into green space and we were amazed at how quiet it was in the apartment, especially being in such a busy area! Beds were comfortable, it was nice to have a lift for carrying up our luggage and my mother, who can be challenged with stairs. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location for a few days sight seeing in Paris. It's not a huge place, but very nice and worked well for the 3 of us.

A cozy apartment in a spectacular location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris' and wanting to stay within a short walking distance to Notre-Dame and the Latin Quarter.

Cute & tidy with great access to many locales. Had everything we needed for our stay in Paris. *Note: there are 2 thresholds to go through before the flat door, which is located on the 3rd floor. The key to the flat door proved difficult to use, even for my husband. We got the hang of it by day 2. Here were the entry steps:Retrieve the key from the lockbox located down the street. Use keypad on street door to enter the complex. Once inside use key fob to open the metal gate. Walk up the stairs to the flat, find door labeled Dauphine (flat name not labeled on the keys).

Location, location, location! The proximity to the Louvre, Sainte-Chapelle, Nôtre-Dame, plus the Metro lines, RER-B, and all the food and drink places in the Quartier Latin make this place a steal!

Delightful stay with one of the most complex check-in processes I've experienced. Place was quiet, comfortable and easy to access, at the heart of a cool neighborhood near many walkable points of interest. All amenities were high quality, and it was nice to have a washing machine to use.

Amazing, cozy flat a stone’s throw from the river and within walking distance of many major sights and shopping area. I have stayed in this adorable flat 3 times with members of my family and I can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The property is presented accurately online. It's very attractive. The owners are friendly and easy to work with.The central location was excellent for seeing the city on foot. Our only beef is the slightly convoluted process of check-in. Otherwise, we highly recommend this property.

We had a great family vacation of four. Space is very well designed, thoughtfully furnished and in an excellent location. Check in is a bit different than other stays, but instructions are clear. I would stay here again.

This cozy flat is perfectly located a stones throw from the Seine ideal for touring the major, must see sights in Paris by foot. Easy check in, responsive host and very safe.

Loved my stay in this warm and charming studio right on the banks of the Seine. Beautiful view of a green, tree-filled private courtyard and a fabulous location in the center of Paris. Loft bed and well-equipped apartment. Has elevator which helps with luggage. Small but well-designed. Perfect base from which to explore Paris.
