The place was really good for a moment were scared because some homeless people are around, but they keep to themselves. And this place was amazing will definitely visit again

the manager won’t call you, if you can’t log into app then you can’t communicate. Rented a unit that sleeps 5. i listed 2 names and waited to add the others once I knew who they were. then the rent went up with 4 people. Unpleasant surprise

the place was nice. The location was downtown and right around the corner from a large homeless camp. Close to the convention center, but didn't make the walk as often as we thought we would due to the area.

I give this 4 out of 5. The inside is just as pictured. No complaints. Our first night we arrived at 9:30 pm. Upon arrival we noticed several homeless people sleeping across the road. I was ready to pack up and leave. But we didn’t. I’m glad we stayed. The homeless never bothered us and kept to themselves. The location was perfect for us to walk back and forth to the convention center. Don’t let “looks” get the best of you. I would stay here again. I felt comfortable after my first night. Definitely travel with a group. The homeless population was all around the convention center and the hotels. So I don’t feel like I could have gotten away from the sketchy look regardless location.

Great location, close to convention center and downtown area. A little hard to find, actual entry door is on the back of the building, not the front. My GPS struggled a little at first to find it but eventually we got there. Three beds upstairs with large L shape couch downstairs. Excellent value for comparable area hotels and stays. Interior was clean and well organized.

Very good vibe to the place, close to farmers market. Street access is a bit unassuming, and there are homeless people in very close proximity. Although they were not a bother personally, there were a lot of comings and goings.

This was the worst accommodations experience I’ve had in my life. To start. The location of this apartment is in a sketchy stretch of the city outskirts, cluttered with homeless and abandoned lots. The apartment itself is hardly recognizable, as it’s merely an unmarked door on what looked to be an abandoned building. After struggling to find the place. I was treated with hammering throughout the day in the pottery shop next doors. For hours during both days. For reference I was there for an athletic completion and needed sleep as a part of my preparation. But the final straw was being locked out of the apartment on the final night of my stay. The key code that had previously worked, no longer did. And after spending time out with friends I arrived home to an apartment I couldn’t enter. At 1am in a thunderstorm. The host never replied to my numerous attempts to contact him. And VRBO customer service was almost antagonistic during this time. I was ultimately forced to walk to a hotel. In the middle of the night in a rainstorm. Dodging homeless along the way. This apartment needs to be removed from VRBO as my situation was so dangerous. No one else should ever end run the risk of having that type of experience. My stay and accommodations were flat out unacceptable

The apartment was great. It was very clean and comfortable. We had more than one car and it did not say anywhere in the app where I booked that only one car has free parking. So we had to pay parking for an extra vehicle the entire time we were there. The location was perfect for our business trip. It was about a half mile from the convention center so we were able to walk back-and-forth.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this home. We think it’s perfect. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided. Walking distance to Farmer’s Market (you must check it out for shops and food). Walking distance to Convention center and restaurants downtown. Bedroom is up stairs, which we loved. Lots of homeless in area, but they have never bothered us. Only 1 car can park for free, so make sure that you’re aware of that. Guest will have to pay to park.

Upon arrival, I was a little concerned about the location. The exterior of the building is shabby industrial, and there were unhoused people hanging out in the area. STAY WITH ME HERE! None of this turned out to be a problem. The location is less than a block from the Dallas Farmers Market and less than five minutes by car from the KB Hutchison Convention Center, so it was perfect for our needs. Host is responsive, the space is roomy and comfortable. Be advised that sleeping space is all upstairs, 16 steps to be exact. Don't overlook this diamond in the rough.

Our stay was perfect. Very close walk to Convention center. Home had everything we needed for our stay. King bed was so comfy. Had some games that made it fun. Great parking location. The area around has several homeless, but they never bothered us and I even bought the sweetest older lady a Sonic drink. We are returning in June and I’m happy to go back.

Benito's property was even more adorable than the pics portrayed on the listing. Huge space to spread out and enjoy my first trip to Dallas. I had all the amenities I needed, including coffee and laundry supplies, if needed. The bed was comfortable and it felt like a home away from home. Walking distance to anything I needed and the Farmer's Market was RIGHT around the corner. I did not encounter any homeless, and actually saw more homeless when I was downtown, so please do not let that deter you from staying here. It was very clean and honestly felt like a home away from home. Benito was extremely quick to respond when I had questions and I will absolutely be staying here again if I visit Dallas again and I highly recommend staying here! Thanks again, Benito!

The location is just a minute from the great Farmer's Market with great restaurants and shops! The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with applicances and cookware. The adorable touches like the beautiful silverware and comfy beds made this a perfect spot for us. This property was perfect for our family. We loved the industrial feel it had. There was plenty of space for us but not a lot of rooms to feel divided. Having 1 bathroom was a challenge but we made a plan a head of time with taking showers. Yes, there are some homeless around but we did not feel threatened in any way or unsafe. To me, thats just assumed with downtown properties. Which bringa me to my next pro, we were in close proximity or a short drive to Downtown, Deep Ellum, SMU & the mall. Lots to experienece without making a hike out of it. The highlight, we ended up playing Monopoly. Thank you for having some games to pass some time.

We had the best say! The house is furnished, so pretty. The upstairs bedroom, with the 3 beds separated by curtains. It was just my husband and I so really didn’t matter. Benito was wonderful to work with last year. I thought I had rented it for our stay, but I actually rented it for the year ahead. Bonito got us where we could stay in it for our trip. The house is amazing. The manager is wonderful! My husband and I are looking forward to next year to stay in it again! . Thanks Benito
