Kitchen stocked with many staples. We left a few beers for the next guest. Location was great. Near where we were heading locally. The size of the property was good so there was a lot of room to stretch out in the evening.

Adorable place! Home was clean and stocked with all of the essentials, along with many items you would never expect (food items, coffee, etc.).Awesome host! They literally thought of everything- from board games to extra pillows! Above and Beyond to ensure a wonderful stay!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had! The cottage was impeccably clean and so thoughtfully put together—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail had been considered, from board games for the kids to laundry detergent and all the essentials we didn’t even realize we’d need.The communication was phenomenal, and we even had the pleasure of meeting the host—she was so warm and delightful! Her kind energy matched the care and love she clearly put into the space.My family and I felt completely at ease here, and we were genuinely floored by all the thoughtful touches. We will absolutely be back—this little cottage completely stole our hearts!

Just a bit odd to have someone else's food in the fridge and kitchen cupboards. A tip jar in the kitchen for coffee and supplies? There was no sugar for coffee. So many shampoo, etc bottles in the bath. Nice place. A bit pricey.Host was very accommodating.

Heavenly! Cosy comfy little apartment. Terra our sweet hostess keeps it spotless and well stocked with comforts. Even has afgans at the foot of the beds for naps!

Perfect place to stay while in Ionia. Close to everything. Our in-laws were within walking distance. More communication about the check in process would make this rating higher. I messaged the owner, but did not get a response. Once we got there everything was ok, and the place was very nice and clean.

Terra's place was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Options to stay close to family is limited, and this place has everything you need to feel like you live around the corner from your loved ones. The entrance is well lit and safe. The house was clean. The bedrooms are small, but she has dressers in the rooms so you can unpack and put your luggage in the hall closet. The kitchen is spacious with all the essentials. She has televisions in each room where you can log into your own streaming and also offers some free channels that come with Roku. The living room is carpeted - which I love - because it is cozy. I made my coffee each morning and caught the morning news curled up on the couch. We hope to secure this house each time we visit our parents. Strongly recommend.

Very cute setup and Terra was a great host!

Terra is an amazing host! We love staying here when we return to Ionia. The apartment is in a convenient and safe area to navigate the city. We hope it’s available the next time we come to Michigan.

This was a very comfortable and cute apartment. Terra has a great eye for design and obviously takes great pride in keeping it clean and comfortable for her guests. Kitchen has everything you need and more, including a coffee pot, air fryer and toaster oven! Clean and roomy bathroom with plenty of bath towels. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. Living room was spacious and a great place to hang out with family playing games or watching a movie. We would defiantly stay again if ever in the area and in need of a place to stay.

We only stayed the night to pick our kiddo up from camp, but i wished we'd had more time! The free fair looked amazing, the service at the resturaunt across the street from it was great, and we'd wanted to check out the theta but got there later than planned and we're tired. We'll be back next year and hopefully bring our kayaks for the cool river!
