Cute Cottage in Historic District with pool

Everyone enjoyed the pool, especially the visiting grandchildren. Excellent hosts.

Easy access where I felt I didnt disturb the owners. Plenty of privacy even with a shared backyard/pool. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Owner was very responsive when prompted with inquiries. 10/10 Would stay again!

Nice cottage, friendly host!

Loved my visit at this sweet little cottage, and the cozy yard with the pool. Off-street parking was so convenient, and the location was lovely. Easy walk to downtown, and some wonderful riverside walks/runs. Luann was super responsive and wonderful.

We absolutely loved this little cottage! It was in such a safe neighborhood, and the hosts were so accommodating— and we loved their dog! The cottage was clean and furnished with everything we could need. Shopping and dining areas were maybe a mile away. Perfect!

Nice clean inexpensive place. Good bed & mattress. It needs to be warm to really enjoy it and the pool, otherwise if it is colder it’s not a great find and perhaps in general below average.

LuAnn was a great host! The cottage was a perfect place for our stay. Comfortable bed and pillows and the setting in the backyard was very cute. It had everything we needed! Parking was not an issue whatsoever. 5/5 would most definitely stay here again!

We did not use the pool. The pool house is in a great location; however, it was not as clean as we would prefer. The handle fell of the fridge as soon as we tried to open it (we could open other ways). The toilet and tub did not appear to be cleaned (see photos), the border around the apartment was really dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned in quite some time as well as the border/trim around the ceilings… And the ceiling fan in the kitchen/bathroom area was very dirty. Please see pictures. The host was very helpful, responsive, and engaging. Everything else was good with the exception of the cleanliness.

This place is perfect, luann is awesome and we will most definitely be coming back. We came here for a pool tournament in jax didn't win but this place made it all feel great.

The area had several great restaurants in walking distance.

Amazing place, great host

Communication with host was fantastic. Cottage was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Very cute and cozy. The path leading to the cottage definitely needs some work. The stepping stones were nearly covered by grass and uneven. There is a light that comes on when you come through the gate. However, the small disc lights that are along the path were not very bright and were obstructed by grass. There needs to be more lights either next to the front door or on the corner of the cottage. It was very dark when we came in after dark. The plants along the path need trimming especially near the gate. They were hanging over the path.

Nice location, very comfy bed. Everything worked well and walking distance to restaurants. Host was very responsive.

The place was great. I felt very safe staying there by myself. I had a little difficulty finding the place because I didn’t see the house numbers. I had to drive past it a few times before I took a chance. Other that it was a great stay, would book again.

Guest house is simple and clean and in a great little neighborhood close to good restaurants and shops.

The place was amazing. My wife and I flew in for an extended weekend stay. The bed was comfy, the place was clean and well set up. You can use the pool, and you have your own parking spot. It’s very quiet and in a good neighborhood plus you’re within walking distance from everything you could need. The property owner was very nice and you’d never know they were even there. Would recommend!

Absolutely perfect place for my husband & I. Simple, clean, used the pool most days. Able to utilize cute little fridge & microwave. LuAnn & Andy were informative & gracious hosts. Would def stay again.

Great quiet stay!!!

We booked this cute cottage because it is 2 doors away from our daughter's home. Though we usually stay with her, it was not convenient this particular weekend. We loved having our own place to retreat to (within walking distance) at the end of the day. Hostess LuAnn was most accommodating and really easy to work with!

A sweet spot nestled in a charming neighborhood! Walking distance to a wonderful park and a boulevard lined with shops and restaurants. Host is friendly and easy to communicate with-I enjoyed my stay and will book it again!

Parking very difficult, as you have to back into traffic which is difficult to see. The bedroom is okay, but the kitchen area leaves much to be desired. We were not able to get hot water in the kitchen, plus it takes four to five minutes of running water to get hot water to the bathroom. There was no blanket for the bed, and the weather was cold for Florida.

Overall the weekend stay was nice. It was a guest house in the backyard next to the pool. Everything was nice. It had a full size bed with a small table, kitchen area, with a bathroom, and shower. All you would need for a quick getaway. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is due to the grass was very high and not very easy path to walk through when we came in at night. It was also hard to see since we had to go through the backyard gate to get to the property listing. The property manager was very nice with communication and accommodating if we needed anything. Overall it was nice and would recommend to others looking room for that small cute cottage type feel.

This home is walking distance from some amazing shops! I recommend walking to love bagel and deli! The guest house had a private entrance and an amazing pool, there was a little kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, . The location was perfect
