Cute 1bed steps from French Q, Bourbon St & Jazz venues

Clean. As pictured. In a unique location that is accessible to the interstates and downtown. I did feel safe just need to get bigger furniture. Low full size bed and living room couch is small; very small as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Very convenient.😊

I booked through Expedia and received all the instructions we needed to check in and check out from the host. However, I was not able to communicate through Expedia because the app would tell me I had messages from the host but could not open them. I believe that was an app issue and not the hosts fault. Anyway, the property was fine and located very close to everything we wanted to do. We took advantage of the outdoor space, which was very enjoyable.

Everything was seemless

Absolutely felt at home here. Property was exactly as shown in pictures, and it was sparkling clean, sanitized. Very roomy as well. All essentials provided. Internet/TV was spotty at times, I think due to bad weather. I stayed as a solo female for 3 nights. Would highly recommend for couples or males and females not planning to stay out late at nights. The area outside the locked gate is not very safe. There are guys lurking there and passing cat calls at all times of day. There's a bit of walk to the french qtr, and you have to walk past these guys and homeless men on the streets. That was the only downside of this property.

We appreciated all of the messages and guidance listings of fun things to do in town.

This was the perfect place to stay as a solo traveler! The street parking was easy and the property was well kept. There are tons of cute lizards crawling around the property but even more impressive, I didn’t see a single lizard or bug inside the unit! It was very clean. Bourbon Street was just a 10 minute Uber ride away so it was in a good location. Would definitely book again!

Great value and easy to find parking.

Clean, nice courtyard with grill, laundry available. We were there for two weeks found location convenient. Only problems were kitchen hot water faucet doesn’t work properly and a bureau would have been a nice addition since we were there for two weeks. Ample closet with hangers. Very clean and simple place to stay while within walking distance of the best of NOLA! Neighborhood is a bit scary, but honestly, the people are friendly. Everyone is friendly.Bed is cozy, water is hot, air conditioner is cold, fridge keeps cold. door locks. Perfect place!

Place is clean and the location is great. The bed is super uncomfortable and very close to the floor. Also the only blanket is a down comforter that is very hot and uncomfortable. So it was sleep under the comforter and wake up after an hour drenched in sweat or sleep under just the top sheet and freeze. We asked for a lighter blanket and recieved another top sheet... which kinda helped but not really.

We were very pleased and we enjoyed our stay.It’s a cozy, comfortable and safe place to stay.We were able to always find a close parking spot. It’s very close to the French Market.We would stay here again.

Perfect location for anyone looking to explore the French Quarter. Unfortunately found cockroaches in the bathroom but that would be my only complaint

Very easy check in, we felt safe with the gate and court yard. Walking distance from Frenchman street was really nice. Overall great stay, only minor thing is the furniture is a little small. Made no difference to us since we spent most of the timeout of the apartment.

Nice quiet place, very clean. Hidden gem

The host was very helpful. The area, at first seemed “sketchy” but once we got familiar with the area it was just fine. We parked right out on the street and always found a spot to park. The inside “courtyard” was very cute. Nothing to complain about at all really, im very much into cleanliness and this place I had no issues with.

We chose this location for my husband’s birthday trip, and it was perfect. The home was close to everything. We were able to take an Uber to restaurants, the stadium, and Bourbon Street, and most rides were only about seven minutes.We had an amazing experience. There was also a store around the corner within walking distance, which made it easy to grab snacks when needed. We can’t wait to return and will definitely look into booking this location again.

This was just perfect for 2 or us. Walkable and bikeable to everything we wanted to do. Grocery store near by, c so convenient! We loved the gate and the Courtyard

Great room for the price but the pillows are abolutely awful cheap poly fill. Neighbors above banging around at 6am. Other than that an enjoyable stay! Shower is nice and hot so bonus for that.

I thought the place packed just enough into a little space. It definitely met my expectations. However, i think the host could have been more responsive.

Place was clean and nice, tv and internet didn’t work very well but other than that it was a real good spot.

Overall very basic. Cable not always working. Need to update with smart tv and buy a new remote. Put together eith a bandaid. Ok to walk to jazz street if fit but if elderly or have physical limits maybe out of your distance. Straight but found 2 huge dead bugs.

Overall excellent visit. Only issue was with TV reception, all channels pixelated continuously. We are sports fans and tried to watch March madness without success. The location was great! Navigation to activities was very easy. Would recommend to others.

We had a great stay for our first time in NOLA. This cute apartment was very clean and away from all the loudness of the French Quarter! Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family of 3. There was plenty of street parking. The area felt safe. Walking to the heart of the French Quarter took about 20 minutes! I would reecommend and would stay here again.

The place was accurately described. Decently kept. A few minor inconveniences, the bathroom and bedroom blinds were each missing one making it possible to see inside, the remote had no back so the batteries were held in with a bandaid, one of the kitchen drawers was missing a knob, the tv was labeled wrong so casting was an issue but we figured it out and it was very cold during our stay but the thermostat was changed remotely several times. Non of these things were a deal breaker just small inconveniences. The property was very cute and stocked with essentials. The location was ideal for our visit to the FQ. We had a great stay overall.

Really cute and enclosed/gated property. Clean and neat. Internet was a bit off duento neighborhood issues. The walk to the French Quarter was a bit further than expected, but not too bad. Do stay aware of your surroundings at all times. Overall a good experience!good experience and locTion

This property is extremely clean. We felt very safe in this area and met some very nice locals. There are a couple of bars nearby that we felt very welcomed in. Ubers are readily available to explore the area. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the A/C worked very well! It’s not in the nicest neighborhood, but there is a gate to enter the complex which makes it feel very secure and safe. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter and it was easy to get taxis or Ubers/lyfts to and from the apartment. The host was very helpful, sent a list of recommendations for things to do in the area and provided clear check-in and check-out procedures. It was a very pleasant stay!

Nice and clean. Dishwasher was broken. Noisy AC unit but worked well.
