Custom Suite over Target - Downtown AU 209

Parking was easy and secure. Great location. Very nice decor. Excellent shops and dinning within walking distance. Only cons internet goes in and out making TV difficult to watch. Also walls are thin and it’s very loud. You hear everything on the street.

Parking was great! Shops and restaurants/bars right at your doorstep!

I’ve stayed here several times as an Auburn parent. This particular unit is awesome for being able to see what’s happening in the town, especially on game days I already have my next trip here booked.

This was our second time renting a unit in the Godbold building. We loved it, once again! The location is just too perfect. Though all the units are similar and equally beautiful, this one has the special feature of being a corner unit with floor-to-ceiling windows on the corner in the living room. It was fun to stand and watch the activities going on on College St. below us. Being located above Target is so convenient for any last minute items we forgot or even just to buy a bag of ice for tailgating. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Auburn!

We had the perfect stay and plan to return. The property is beautiful and spacious. Communication with the host was almost immediate and the check-in process was easy.

Great accommodations. 2 king beds, corner condo overlooking downtown street. Easy access from back stairway to Target and restaurants.

Great location above the target. Parking is easy. Nicely furnished and open floor plan. The Kitchen has everything you need and this unit even has a washer and dryer.

Magnolia Linen company thinks of everything. I have stayed at several of their properties in Auburn and they have been very responsive, are in great locations and always have everything you need. This location is right downtown and everything is walkable. It’s safe and secure. Looking forward to returning in the fall!

Amazing location!

Place was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and conveniently located to the University. We were able to walk to the University, restaurants, grocery store and shops. If we come back, we’d stay here again.

Came to visit my daughter and this was the perfect place to stay! It's convenient to everything, very clean, and had everything we needed. Definitely our new spot to stay when we're in town! On top of the condo being great, the manager was extremely helpful when we left an item behind. She made arrangements for our daughter to pick it up. Great customer service!

Second time staying at this property. Cannot beat It. Property is very well kept. Perfect for two couples. There is some street noise but to be expected at that location. It is walking distance to everything, most convenient is a Target on the ground floor to get any supplies and snacks you will need for a perfect stay.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our visit to Auburn and loved this place and the location. It was very clean, spacious, and within walking distance of everything downtown. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and my wife loved the decor. Amanda was also very responsive and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend, Friday to Monday, first football game of the year against Alabama A&M. The apartment is AUsome. Close to campus. Right across from Mellow Mushroom. Location is great, however, there is a good bit of road noise. Do not plan to go to bed early if you stay here. Target is great for picking up whatever you need.
