It was in a good location. NO customer service what so ever. No one was at the property (the cleaning ladies or Maintenace who could help with the guests. NO one to great the guests. There should be someone to great or check a guest into the property. NO continental breakfast. No updated information about the location. Outdated papers. Unsafe. The front door never locked. Overall a POOR experience. Help. Judy Chamberlin, Executive Assistant, Newport Marriott, Retired. Please train your associates on Hospitality skills. A smile and some knowledge will go a Long way. I would like a refund please. Not worth the money that I spent for 4 days.

Our room was located next to the front door and the base of the stairs. We were awakened at all hours by every person who entered or left the building.

Loved the pool area, landscaping & the front porch. Location was ideal. We walked everywhere. Our room really needed hooks. There was not enough room to hang or dry things. This property should be adults only - there was a little kid upstairs the last 2 nights of our stay who was super noisy. And it's an old house with gaps around doors so very noisy and very little privacy. Not appropriate to have kids there. Ruined the last 2 nights of our stay. The front porch chairs are against window at the head of room 5. People sat out there laughing, talking and making noise late at night. Not ideal for sleeping. A note about where to find things would have been great. We didn't find wash cloths or extra towels stored in a drawer until midway through our stay. (We had asked housekeeping and she said there were no extras) Overall, decent but wouldn't stay again.

The property was cute and in agood location. I hadn9 hot water and had to give up some of my vacation time to be there for maintenance man to comecheck it. After that needed to run hot water for 20 mins before it came on. The guest upstairs were loud yelling and dropping things on the floor keeping me awake. They also kept leaving the front door unlatched allowing people to freely enter the property. My last night wasvery cold with no heat and air still running when 40 degrees outside. The room had noheat or extra blankets and I was freezing. Also was left with no creamer for coffee on my last morning there and I took pictures to document.

A classic Key West House in a quiet neighbor a short walk from Duval Street. I had a comfortable large room with a king sized bed. Fabulous linens, towels, Wi-Fi and morning coffee. I would book again.

We enjoyed our stay in key west but the building needs some updating. Thrown together. I wouldn’t stay again.

The bed was comfortable and that is of the utmost importance. There was no real privacy into the toilet/shower area as it had an accordion door with panels missing, like the opening for a dog in a dog door. The pool did not look inviting and their was dried bird poop on several of the chairs. Lastly, the cleaning crew simultaneously knocked and opened our door at 9:45 am when checkout was clearly stated to be at 10 am. The girls that I texted with were great with communication. That was a plus.

Love the historic feel of it and the walkability. The only issues we had were the size of the bathroom with the folding door (privacy) and the key pad on the door was really fidgety and wouldn't lock a lot of the time without haven't to keep trying over again a few times.

Room was exactly what we expected. Bathroom small but again, expected. Plenty of outside space. Pool doesn’t get a lot of sun. Porches were lovely. Linens all clean and provided including pool towels which was great. Nice bathroom in hall to “get away” to if need be. Located in a great spot.
