The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was small but had everything we needed. The front door should have been kept closed and locked - it was either left open or unlocked the entire weekend. The pool was nice - not many lounge chairs - quaint and close to everything. Coffee from a Kuruig in the room and downstairs in a living area open to all guest.

I was disappointed in the kitchen access. Other than that it was a good stay in a quiet area.

The room was extremely smaller than I had imagined.. the door to the bathroom creaked every single time that it was opened no matter what time of the evening it just creeped at all times.. the coffee pot had to be moved and plugged into another Outlet because it wasn't plugged in .. there was only one cup for coffee in the room .. I don't know moved oh

First, this is an older property in the old town area. It is perfectly located and well kept. Our room was on second floor at the top of the stairs with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Loved the clean bedding and white towels, pillows were very comfortable and so was the mattress. Window air unit worked well but remember if you are noise sensitive, you won’t like it! But it’s old Florida!!!!! I loved the coffee bar and the refrigerator in the room. No key locks just codes which is easy! We will be back!

Room was small, which was to be expected. No place to put things in the shower or by the sink. A simple shower rack and a small shelf above the sink, would have been helpful. There was a patch job on the ceiling which was a piece of painted plywood, really??? Furniture was very worn. The cost of our stay alone, could have made all the repairs necessary to bring this room to a possibly 4 star rating. Additionally, the coffee in the lobby is a Keurig machine, which one morning, there were no K-cups, no water in the machine and no creamer. That is all there is a keurig machine. The kitchen is locked and no access. Zero help on property. No one was available the entire time we were there, 3 nights. If you needed something you had to call or email. For the price, they need to do better. Stayed at the Southernmost and Ocean Key Resort in the past, the extra amenities, having someone to talk to, fresh coffee, water, and the extra comforts are worth a little more a night. We wanted to try a quaint, smaller property but it was a disappointment, lesson learned. We will try other options in the future.

Our room was so tiny there was not even a closet! We could barely bend over to shave our legs, but the water was beautifully hot. We were told we could not use the kitchen (but we needed to if for not other reason than getting a coffee). There was nothing provided. We were told prior to packing there was a hair blower. We had to wait 3 days before we had one to use. We needed to make that request. There was no house keeping or apparent ground management. We had to beg for a trash bag in the commons area & the washroom in the commons area went without TP for days. We asked if there was a chance for a larger room to no avail without doubling the price yet the room next door was vacant most of the week while we were there - and it was larger, has a closet, and a huge shower.
