The living and dining area with an open gallery up to the roof invite you to linger. Enjoy the sunset together on our 12m² balcony with south-west orientation in the beach chair. The expanded loft offers additional sleeping options, as well as a play corner for our little guests.

The living room offers a view of the dune landscape and the tennis courts. A leather sofa invites you to laze around. There is sat. TV, radio, stereo system with CD and Bluetooth, W-LAN. A gas fireplace invites you to dream in the winter months.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and offers a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, as well as a dining table. In the bathroom you will find a shower, hairdryer, towel radiator (only when the underfloor heating is operated). The 1st Bedroom has a double bed (180/200), TV and an attached bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The 2nd Bedroom offers a double bed (180/200), TV and an additional space for a baby bed (up to 130 cm). The 3rd Bedroom in the loft has 2 separate beds (100/200) and has a small gable window with an east view of the dunes and a skylight.
