One of its great attractions is the direct private access to the beach from the urbanisation itself, located just 100 metres from the apartment. The property is surrounded by some of Marbella's most renowned beach clubs and chiringuitos, such as La Cabane, Oyana and Los Sardinales, perfect for enjoying authentic Mediterranean lifestyle. Furthermore, golf enthusiasts will find some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol just minutes away, including Río Real Golf, Santa Clara Golf Marbella and other prestigious clubs in the area.



The apartment features 2 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, automatic blinds, Smart TV and high-speed fibre optic wifi connection, ideal for both holidays and year-round remote work stays. The swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.

Important: the community maintains strict cohabitation rules, so guests are requested to maintain respectful behaviour, especially in relation to noise and the use of common areas.
