This spacious apartment in Marbella, with capacity for 8 people, is located just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Playa de Río Real and the seafront promenade. Perfect for those seeking to combine beach, leisure and comfort without needing to use a car, thanks to its privileged location near restaurants, supermarkets and public transport. Furthermore, for those travelling by car, it has a parking space in the building (maximum height 1.90 cm).

Located on a first floor with lift, the accommodation offers 155 m² distributed across an equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals The living-dining room is divided into two zones: one for family dining and another for relaxing with television and double sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping spaces, accommodating up to 8 people. The brightness of the living room stands out thanks to its large window with sea views.



The apartment has three bedrooms: two with double beds and dressing room, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower tray and a third bedroom with a trundle bed that offers two single beds. There is a second bathroom with shower tray and laundry area near the bedrooms. Additionally, the living room and some bedrooms have air conditioning and fans for your comfort.



The urbanisation has two communal swimming pools. You will also enjoy wifi connection, heat pump heating, washing machine, iron and dryer. For leisure, there are two televisions and the area is ideal for children, with direct access to the sea and the seafront promenade.



Swimming pools are for community use and their availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.



This accommodation is located very close to points of interest: 1 km from Marbella town centre, 5 km from Río Real Golf Village, 8 km from Puerto Banús and less than 60 km from airports, train station and natural parks or theme parks, making it an ideal base for exploring the Costa del Sol and its surroundings.

    We stayed here in summer with friends and had a really good time ? The apartment was perfect for a beach holiday, very easy to go out, swim, walk around and come back without stress. The location is probably the best thing, close to the sea and nice places to eat. We had dinner nearby one night and loved the summer vibe in Marbella ? Not luxury, but clean, comfy and very useful for holidays. Nothing.
