Stayed May 5, 2025This property was perfect for my friends who are in their 70's. They identify as having intellectual disability but this did not stop them when it came to getting out and about on the Gold Coast. It helped that the apartment was central to everything. The staff that occupy the ground floor were wonderful. They booked tickets, arranged transport and were very knowledgeable about the attractions, events and local venues.The apartment was very spacious and very clean. The separate bath and shower were a bonus. My friends had a comfortable and relaxed stay and want to return next year. There is a manager onsite which made it very easy to deal with any immediate queries. From the booking until their exit everything went very smoothly and we have no hesitation with recommending this property.

Stayed Dec 19, 2024We really enjoyed our 2 week stay over Christmas and New Years. The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The pool area was also great and we really enjoyed it. The location was close to the beach as well as 5 minutes walk to grocery stores. Thank you Brian and Vicki!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024Easy & convenient location close to tram stop & buses. Also within walking distance to beach. Clean & tidy apartment & very suitable for our needs while travelling with family. Furnishings a little outdated, but comfortable. Helpful reception staff & very responsive & helpful owners. Would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024This was our second stay in this apartment and really enjoyed our time there. Can’t beat the location and the buildings amenities mean theres something for the whole family. Communication with host was great and would look to book again in the future.
