Appreciated the very clean apartment and comfortable living areas

The house was clean, well laid out, very quiet and comfortable. A great place to come back to after a long day of activities. Amos and Rose were very friendly and helpful, but unimposing. The house was well furnished in the kitchen with cooking utinsels to be able to make meals if desired. Bathrooms had soaps, shampoo and lotions along with regular toiletries. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Lancaster area. We absolutely loved it.

We were very pleased with our stay with The Zooks. The house was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was centrally located for our day trips. We would definitely stay again.

We loved the cozy farm feel of this place, along with the rooster crowing at the neighbor’s. The furniture was comfortable along with the beds, and the house has all the amenities you could imagine needing. It is very close to restaurants, stores, gas, and amazing beautiful farms.

The home was clean, neat and spacious. My grandchildren enjoyed the play area outback and the toys and books inside. The bedrooms were well appointed and the decor was beautiful, the kitchen was decently stocked with simple staples and the mudroom was a welcome addition for shedding outerwear. I highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a quiet getaway. Mr. And Mrs. Zook are wonderful hosts that take pride in their home.

What a lovely way to celebrate my 70th birthday with my sisters. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated with wonderful views (loved watching the sunset). The host was gracious and the home was very clean. We had plenty of room to relax and refresh. Would definitely recommend!

What didn’t stand out? The house was beautiful! The hostess (Rose) was so accommodating. We got snow and Rose and her kids cleaned the snow off our cars and cleared the drive. Then they helped us pack our cars! What a blessed weekend us four Sisters in Christ had!

What's not to like. Everything is super clean and the apartment is very well kept. It's a very safe place to stay. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. This is a working crop farm sitting well back from the road so it's very quiet there. Sitting on the porch at night, you will be able to hear the horses clip colping while pulling a buggy out on the road. This property is located close to a lot of interesting thing's to do and see. And, there are many excellent restaurants in the area.

We had a perfect and very relaxing stay in this beautiful home. We have been here before and this time was just as as great as the first. We will be back and we were so glad to have been able to stop at Agape restaurant and will be back to try more favorites on their menu next time.

This place is beautiful! The house is extremely comfortable, well maintained, nice bathrooms and beds. Lots of utensils in the kitchen, laundry, etc. Rose is very sweet and kind, and her dog as well! Very friendly, my daughter loved it! I would definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teenagers). The scenery was so peaceful and beautiful, and the location is great. It felt like a home-away from home and our whole family was sad to leave. If we come back to this area, this location will be the first place we check availability for - in fact, we might even plan our trip dates around the availability of this property. We LOVED it!!

This is a lovely house with views of planted fields and fields with horses. We saw hot air balloons taking off. We were close to many towns and close to Sight & Sound theater. This is an excellent vacation place to stay!!

This is a wonderful home in Lancaster County. The home is very clean and comfortable. Rose greeted us upon arrival and even offered a charcoal grill to use. We had a wonderful stay at Amos and Rose's beautiful farm! It was immaculately clean, everywhere inside as well as the outside space. I had to prepare food for an event and working in the well-stocked kitchen was as comfortable as working in my own. Beds were comfortable as was living room furniture. My favorite part of our stay was sitting on the porch in the swivel glider furniture enjoying the view of the beautiful countryside!

Our lodging was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard around the fire pit watching horses play across the fields while enjoying beautiful sunsets.

My mom and i enjoyed our stay. There is a bedroom with bathroom on the main floor which was necessary for my elderly mom . Two additional bedrooms with a bath upstairs.The house was clean, spacious and quiet. Located on a farm and therefore a bit off a main road. Occasional buggies going by. Loved the front porch with comfortable rockers and the firepit with seating for 4 (or more) in the back yard.Location was great also. No complaints here! We will return!

Look no further if you are seeking a home-like getaway in the heart of Amish country. The house is immaculate and has everything you need for a short or extended stay. Our party consisted of two retired couples and there was plenty of room for us. The main floor has a good size open concept living room and well-equipped kitchen area, a separate laundry room, and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms and full bathroom. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the front porch, watching and listening to the quiet activities in this rural setting. Cattle in the barn, roasters and hens in a pen, horses in the next field and horse and buggies passing by. Great place to go for a walk or a bike ride. The location was perfect for touring the area and for going to Sight and Sound Theater. Be sure to check out Rose’s brother’s restaurant called Agape. Rose and Amos and family were wonderful hosts. Communication before hand was easy and check in, etc were simple. They live on-sight if you need anything, but they in no way impeded our space. We would definitely stay there again. Can’t wait to hear what they called their new puppy.

My sister, Mom and I absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. The home was perfectly clean, the beds were super comfortable and the small touches made us feel right at home. We booked this property for our annual Mother Daughter getaway. The property was beautiful inside and out. The apartment was clean, comfortable l, and cozy as we watched the snow fall from our reclining chairs. Thank you Rose and Amos and family for sharing your beautiful farm!

House was extremely clean. Owners were very nice and responsive. The area was definitely away from everything which was very nice and relaxing. Highly recommended - just make sure you have a car to get around.

Came for sight and sound - and this was a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The place was quiet, clean and a lovely spot to land. If we come back we will stay again.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and decorated with beautiful wall hangings. The furniture is in excellent condition with ample space for everyone to sit. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds and the two upstairs bedrooms were quite large. The kitchen area was well stocked, something we are not accustomed to. The homeowners provide nicely scented hand soaps and toiletries in each bathroom. The views from every window are beautiful. I enjoyed watching the horses in the farm next door gather for breakfast each morning.

This house, on an active farm, was perfect for our group of 4 adults but I could see how a family would love it too. The house is incredibly beautiful and clean. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Rose our host was available but also you felt like you were all alone at the house. Such a sweet family and home. We will definitely stay here again!!

The unit is a beautiful home jn the center of a lovely Pennsylvania vegetable farm. The house wanted for nothing. It was peaceful to be in “the country”. Location is close to Lancaster. Hosts were friendly folks who obviously know how to make you feel at home. Loved our stay.

We have stayed at many properties in the Lancaster County area. This property is one of our top five. The home was clean & nicely decorated. The location was very convenient. Rose, the host, greeted us right away & was very friendly. We will definitely remember this property when we plan another trip.

This was our second visit to this home because we enjoyed it so much last December and the price is quite reasonable. Rose keeps it well stocked, clean (pristine windows), and comfortable. The views are breathtaking with the surrounding farms and the location is peaceful and convenient.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property and made many memories together. We left rejuvenated and refreshed. Blessed beyond all means and my kids didn’t want to leave.
