This flat can welcome up to 6 guests, it has three bedrooms and is located in an amazing and super central location of Rome, perfect for those traveling with children or friends.

A few steps from Piazza di Spagna, in a splendid 18th century building, this beautiful apartment has a large size and consists of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are double and one with two single beds, a bright living room with double exposure, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower), an equipped kitchen and a dining room.

At each guest change, the house is professionally cleaned, equipped with linen for the beds (no changes are provided), towels for the bathroom (one set per guest with a shower and a face towel plus shower mat) and a basic set of detergents for personal hygiene (single-dose cleansing gel and small soap for each guest) with 2 toilet paper rolls per bathrooms.

!! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:

- please inform us the soonest you can about your expected arrival time at the apartment;
- check in time is 3pm - 8pm; the arrival time must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise your desired check in time may not be guaranteed;
- CHECK IN PROCEDURE > all the guests will be required to present a valid identity document upon the arrival to be registered to the Italian security authorities, as required by the current legislation regarding short stays (also minors); each guest is required to sign a short term rental contract (possibly before the arrival in electronic format);
- according to the Italian law in Rome the tourist city tax is € 6,00 per person per night, applied for the first 10 nights (children under 10 years old are exempt); the amount is collected by Airbnb with the booking payment;
- baby cot available on request (linen not provided);
- each stay is supplied with a set of linen and towels based on the number of guests and a basic supply of soap and toilet paper for each bathroom;
- it is not possible to wash the linen provided on arrival at home; extra linen and towels are provided for stays longer than 7 nights, without extra charge;
- please respect the other neighbors (do not make noise between 10pm and 8am);
- extra cost will be charged on guests if the flat will be found at the check out in particularly dirty and untidy conditions.

If you are coming by car please consider:

* Rome is a big city with a lot of traffic and restricted areas, if you need help let me know, I’ll send you some useful details to reach the apartment;
* for waiting time exceeding one hour after the agreed check-in time it is requested to pay an additional charge of €30; in case of excessive delay it may be necessary to reschedule your check-in;
* make sure to have a phone connection to communicate.
